1. The heater consists of a radiator, a power inlet chamber, a wiring room, and a dust cover. There are 4 heating elements installed inside the radiator; There is a temperature controller connected in series in the wiring room, and a power bus is used to connect the heating element; The wiring room will connect the 127V power supply from the supporting equipment through the lead device, and there will be terminal posts leading to the wiring room; Dust cover is used to prevent dust from accumulating on the radiator. The temperature is controlled by both a temperature controller and a temperature fuse. When it reaches 120 ℃, the temperature fuse will melt and power off.

2. Heater radiator: gray cast iron is used as the radiator, with strong continuous heat dissipation ability.

3. Heating element of the heater: It adopts heating elements that comply with the DIN 44921-3-1985 "Requirements for Metal Shell and Tube Electric Heating Elements" standard, and has the characteristics of stable heating, safety and reliability.

4. Heater thermostat: Adopting KSD type thermostat that complies with JB/T 3751-1997 "Household and Similar Use Bimetallic Temperature Controllers" standard, it has the advantages of reliable operation and long mechanical life.
