Peking University Pioneer Technology Sharing: What configurations need to be optimized for containerized small oxygen production equipment

With the increasingly mature and widespread application of pressure swing adsorption oxygen generation technology in China worldwide, the overseas export volume of Peking University Pioneer oxygen generation equipment has steadily increased. Among them, the SPOX small oxygen generation device using a single adsorption tower process is modularized and integrated to achieve optimized control of key indicators. Through containerized transportation management, it further promotes the standardization, standardized construction, and delivery of oxygen generation projects.
Although a sparrow is small, it has all its internal organs. In the view of the Peking University Pioneer Engineering Design Team, the smaller the equipment, the more refined the design is needed.
Compared with traditional small-scale oxygen production projects, the container mounted SPOX small oxygen production equipment needs to consider the following issues in design:
(1) In general, the maximum width of a container does not exceed 3.8 meters. In order to ensure the maintenance space for equipment, valves, and instruments inside the container, a compact layout and more precise design must be required in the overall layout to meet the needs of space utilization.
(2) As the core dynamic equipment of the device, the Roots blower is characterized by high noise, while ensuring sufficient process air is drawn into the container from the outside to avoid negative pressure inside the container, which affects oxygen production efficiency. Therefore, the container has the function of an oxygen production equipment plant and needs to balance ventilation and noise reduction capabilities.
(3) The color matching of equipment, pipelines, and instruments should be coordinated, and the specifications and models of valves and instruments should be as uniform as possible.
(4) On the premise of ensuring product quality and functionality, attention should be paid to details and appearance, enhancing product "aesthetics" and optimizing customer experience.
(5) SPOX oxygen production equipment should be flexible and convenient, and can be used in different oxygen consuming places.
(6) Appropriately increase remote control instruments, improve automation control level, and achieve unmanned operation.
In addition, product quality is the core competitiveness. Based on the overseas oxygen production project experience accumulated by Peking University Pioneer in recent years, the technical team deeply feels that the after-sales service of products sold overseas is not easy, and the quality of equipment components, instruments, etc. should be more strictly controlled. Attention should be paid to the following aspects:
(1) Choose international brands that meet user requirements as much as possible, concentrate the categories of instrument and electrical components as much as possible, and reduce after-sales maintenance costs.
(2) Understand the user's requirements for construction and installation quality, strictly control the construction quality of welding, rust removal, degreasing, painting, etc., and keep good construction records.
(3) Continuously improve product manuals, maintenance manuals, and other documents to provide more comprehensive product services for overseas users.
