Data Security Strategy for Oil Fume Online Monitoring Instrument
Date: 2025-12-10Read: 1
1、 Data Security Strategy for Oil Fume Online Monitoring Instrument
Transmission encryption and permission control
Using HJ212 communication protocol or encrypted transmission technology to ensure that data is not tampered with or leaked during transmission. Set up multi-level access permissions, allowing only shouquan personnel to view or manipulate data. For example, environmental supervision departments, catering enterprise leaders, and operation and maintenance personnel need to access the system through identity verification (such as account passwords, dynamic tokens).
Combining local backup with cloud storage
Automatically backup data to local servers daily and upload it to cloud platforms (such as Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud) to prevent data loss due to device failures or human sabotage. For example, a certain city requires monitoring data to be stored for at least 3 years to support environmental verification and traceability.
Physical Protection and Environmental Control
Install the monitoring equipment in a rainproof, dust-proof, and corrosion-resistant enclosure to avoid damage to the equipment in high temperature and high humidity environments (such as near kitchen exhaust vents). Regularly check the sealing of the equipment to prevent abnormal data collection caused by water ingress or dust.
2、 Data Compliance Management Strategy
Follow technical specifications and standards
Referring to group standards such as the Technical Specification for Online Monitoring and Intelligent Monitoring Platform for Catering Oil Fume (T/ZAEIEP-001-2020), ensure that the monitoring instrument has real-time monitoring functions for key parameters such as oil fume concentration and particulate matter, and that the data transmission module meets encryption requirements. For example, a certain brand of monitoring instrument has passed environmental certification (number CCAEPI-EP-2015-078), and its data can be directly used as a basis for zhifa.
Establish a data review and correction mechanism
Manually review abnormal data (such as zero or negative values) to eliminate sensor malfunctions or transmission errors. For example, if the system detects that the oil fume concentration has been zero for a long time, it is necessary to check whether the sensor is blocked by oil pollution or whether the data transmission line is interrupted.
Regular calibration and maintenance records
Clean and maintain the sensors monthly, calibrate the instrument range and zero point using standard gas every quarter, and record the calibration time, operator, and calibration results. For example, a catering enterprise was punished by the environmental protection department for not regularly calibrating its equipment, resulting in monitoring data deviation exceeding the standard. However, similar problems were avoided by establishing a calibration ledger.
3、 Collaborative Strategy for Data Application and Supervision of Oil Fume Online Monitoring Instrument
Multi level data visualization analysis
Generate daily reports, monthly reports, and pollution heat maps through a smart monitoring platform to visually display the patterns of oil fume emissions. For example, a certain platform can analyze peak oil fume concentrations at different time periods to help catering enterprises optimize kitchen operation time and reduce total emissions.
Abnormal alarm and rapid response
When the oil fume concentration exceeds the set threshold (such as 2.0mg/m ³), the system automatically sends warning information to relevant personnel through SMS, phone or WeChat, and links with the chengguan system. For example, a city discovered through real-time monitoring that a restaurant's oil fume exceeded the standard, and within 30 minutes, zhifa personnel arrived to investigate and ordered rectification.
Data sharing and public supervision
Display monitoring data through QR code at the entrance of catering enterprises for the public to scan and view historical emission records and purification equipment operation status. For example, a food court has improved consumer trust through transparent data management, while forcing companies to proactively maintain their equipment.
