Weighing calibrator is a portable instrument. Suitable for the calibration of various static electronic scales, such as the weighing system for blast furnace feeding.
Compared with traditional calibration instruments such as force measuring rings and weights, it has a built-in rechargeable battery that can work continuously for 30 hours. It comes with a charger and can also work directly with AC power.
Range: 1T, 3T, 5T, 10T, 20T, 30T
Conventional usage method:
When calibrating the hopper scale, for example, if there are three hoppers
Support point, place 3 calibrators on the weighing sensor
Above, place the jack and use it to lift the hopper bracket. Assuming the hopper weighs 1 ton, use the jack to lift the 3 calibration instruments onto the hopper
About 80% of the measuring range, for example, the measuring range of the hopper process is 10 tons, and each calibrator reaches 2.5 tons, so the sum of the three calibrators is 7.5 tons,
Subtracting the weight of the hopper itself by 1 ton, it should be 6.5 tons,
At this point, looking at the display on the secondary meter, how much is the difference from 6.5 tons,
Make adjustments. When calibrating the hopper scale, for example, if the hopper has 3 support points, place 3 calibration instruments on top of the weighing sensor, and then place a jack to lift the hopper bracket. Assuming that the hopper itself weighs 1 ton, use a jack to lift the 3 calibration instruments to about 80% of the hopper range. For example, if the hopper range is 10 tons and each calibration instrument reaches 2.5 tons, the sum of the 3 calibration instruments is 7.5 tons. Subtracting the weight of the hopper itself by 1 ton, it should be 6.5 tons. At this time, check the display on the secondary meter and adjust the difference from 6.5 tons.
