3、 Self made cleaning tank:
Make a rectangular cleaning tank with stainless steel or plastic plate that is larger than the external dimensions of the electric field.
4、 Configuration of cleaning agent:
1. Pour 3% detergent into a hot water cleaning tank at 40-50 degrees Celsius and stir until fully dissolved.
2. Industrial caustic soda and water are mixed at a ratio of 1; The required cleaning agent is configured in a ratio of 15.

5、 Cleaning method;
1. Pre processing network cleaning:
(1) Cut off the power and open the maintenance door.
(2) Pull out the preprocessing network.
(3) Soak in the cleaning tank for ten minutes, gently clean the oil stains on the net, and rinse with clean water.
(4) Air dry the pre treated mesh naturally after cleaning.
(5) Return the dried pre-treatment net to its original position on the electrostatic fume purifier.
2. Electric field cleaning:
(1) Cut off the power, open the maintenance door, and remove the electric field.
(2) Place a cleaning sheet (plastic sheet) in the middle of the electrode plate and move it from top to bottom against the electrode plate. Simply remove most of the oil stains on the electrode plate. If it cannot be cleaned at once, it can be cleaned multiple times.
(3) Clean up the scraped oil stains and rinse with clean water.
(4) The cleaned electric field will air dry naturally (if there is still a small amount of oil stains, it will not affect the purification effect of the product).
(5) Return the dry electric field to its original position on the purifier, close the maintenance door, and you can start working again.
