The main method of pore detection is to emit ultrasonic waves. In the process of borehole inspection, the pile hole is uniformly lowered to the bottom of the hole, and then information such as the hole center position, aperture, and verticality can be obtained by emitting ultrasonic waves and receiving echoes reflected from the hole wall.

Ultrasonic pore quality testerIt includes a device host, a lightweight and intelligent dual line winch, and an ultrasonic probe for anti-interference precision measurement. The host is equipped with a built-in lithium battery, which provides power to the probe through a cable. It can read probe information and has the ability to set and adjust data sampling methods, display real-time information such as waveforms, wave trains, and data, and perform automated intelligent analysis, interpretation, and storage of detection information.

The winch realizes the lifting and lowering of the probe, and ensures that the probe maintains the correct posture inside the hole. As it is a winch with a CPU controller currently available on the market, it is easy to perform functions such as uniform lifting, automatic retraction, bottom limit, and orifice deceleration.
