The working principle and characteristics of dust removal spray equipment:
Filter cartridge sub micron level filtration, creating clean space
Automated offline dust cleaning
Collect and process on-site
Convenient operation and maintenance
Suitable for dust removal in various independent or multiple dust producing points
crew structure
The main structure of this unit consists of the equipment body, filtration section, fan section, pulse cleaning section, electrical control device, and ash collection section. Please refer to the user manual for details.
Place the unit in an independent dust removal room, connect the corresponding air ducts and vacuum hoods to the dust collector, plug in the power, turn on the fan button, and the dusty air enters the box from the dust source through the vacuum hood, air ducts, and air inlet. Due to the sudden expansion of the airflow, the flow rate suddenly decreases, and large particles of dust are not separated from the dusty air by their own weight and settle into the ash drawer. The remaining dust particles are trapped on the outer wall of the filter due to the filtering, collision, hooking, static electricity, etc. of the filter element, and the purified air is discharged through the outlet of the fan. The purified air of this unit can be directly discharged for indoor circulation without any loss of ventilation heat (cooling capacity).
Scope of application
Chemical and pharmaceutical industries, food processing, metallurgy, casting, carbon materials, mechanical processing, building materials and other industries are particularly suitable for dust removal and purification in pharmaceutical production lines, tablet presses, granulators, mixers, batching, mixing, vibrating screens, crushers, weighing, capsule packaging, and traditional Chinese medicine pretreatment processes.
