Working principle and characteristics of sprinkler gun
Date: 2012-07-05Read: 0

  Main use of sprinkler gun

Sprinkler guns are mainly used for watering and dust prevention in large coal mines, iron mines, steel mills, power plants, coal terminals, and ore departments' material yards, coal storage yards, ore storage yards, and other material piles that are prone to dust, as well as for road flushing, large-scale forest farms, and orchards. When used for watering and dust prevention, high-pressure water is evenly sprayed on the surface of the material pile in the form of water mist through a sprinkler gun, forming a relatively moist surface layer on the surface of the material pile. When the wind blows, coal dust and other debris on the surface of the material pile are less likely to be blown up by the wind, thus playing a role in dust suppression.

  Working principle of sprinkler gun

Sprinkler guns are generally driven by hydraulic power and do not require an external power source. They rely on the water pressure inside the pipeline to provide power for the rotation of the spray gun. Moreover, due to the lack of cables, safety is also guaranteed.

Material

Sprinkler guns are generally made of materials such as aluminum alloy, copper, stainless steel, and polytetrafluoroethylene.

Features:

The sprinkler gun has the characteristics of high elevation angle, corrosion resistance, automatic rotation, and adjustable rotation angle, and is suitable for watering large and medium-sized material yards.
