The process of landscape water treatment
Date: 2013-12-30Read: 0

HBzhan Content Introduction: Common in the MarketLandscape water treatment technologyThere are generally HDP direct purification process, aquatic plant+algae and insect feeding process, filtration process, air flotation process, and so on. The first two belong to the third generation of direct treatment processes, which involve directly treating water in the lake; The latter two belong to the second generation of indirect treatment processes, which require extracting water for external treatment before returning it to the lake.

Processing equipment for cyclic filtration process

The core equipment of the filtration process is the filtration tank, which is equipped with accessories such as pumps, valves, pre tank pipelines, and electrical control cabinets. Common types of filtration tanks include traditional sand tank filtration tanks and newer all plastic precision filters (also known as "hydraulic automated breathing precision filters").

1. Filter sand tank

The filter sand tank uses special filter sand to intercept and remove tiny suspended solids in water. The filter sand, as a medium for removing dirt, is loaded into the cavity inside the filter. After a period of use, the accumulated dirt in the filtering sand tank will hinder the water flow, weaken it, and even cause blockage. Therefore, it is necessary to backwash the sand tank regularly to ensure normal use. The filtering sand tank only relies on physical action to remove suspended solids, without targeted removal of dissolved pollutants and chromaticity in water.

2. Hydraulic automation respiratory precision filter

The hydraulic automated breathing precision filter was invented by expert Wang Qingxi and is an upgrade of the filtering sand tank. The working principle of this device can be summarized as "respiratory dissolved oxygen flotation defoaming infiltration well fine filtration automatic excretion immune function". Adopting all plastic material will not rust, using filter media instead of sand, having water drop inside the machine to increase dissolved oxygen, automatic drainage and filtering of garbage, and so on. Compared with traditional sand filtration tanks, there has been significant progress in saving land and energy.

The hydraulic automated respiratory fine filter is a good choice for pool treatment, because in addition to physical filtration, the increase of a small amount of dissolved oxygen and the presence of microorganisms on the filter material can biochemically remove small amounts of dissolved organic pollutants such as sweat and urine in the pool. Equipment installation method

The circulating filtration process requires the construction of a water treatment room onshore, usually an underground room, for the placement of filters and other equipment. In addition, it is necessary to install a circulation pipeline along the periphery of the water body, so as to pump water from one end and return water from the other end. The water is pumped by a water pump (circulation pump) and circulated through a filter to remove suspended pollutants in the water body. Therefore, there are additional construction costs for the computer room and circulation pipeline. If the land is tight or the landscape water system runs through the community, attention should be paid to reserving land and preventing interference with other pipelines.

When used for landscape water treatment, the most important factor is the cycle time. In the treatment of swimming pools, it is required to circulate and filter three times a day. Landscape water generally has a large amount of water and cannot achieve such a fast circulation cycle. Generally, it is reduced to once every two days, which is six times slower than swimming pools and can basically ensure water quality. If the water volume is larger, such as over 10000 cubic meters, and it cannot be guaranteed to circulate once every 2 days, then the water quality cannot be guaranteed either. This is the data that expert Wang Qingxi has explored based on his own experience, and users need to take it seriously when selecting. When using a large water surface, it is necessary to increase investment to ensure that the cycle time does not exceed 2 days, otherwise it will be difficult to achieve the desired results.

In addition, if the landscape water is very rich and there is too much algae, it will quickly clog during filtration, requiring frequent backwashing and unable to operate normally. The effluent also contains green color and algae cannot be removed, which is also a common problem. If there are more organic pollutants in the landscape water, the oxygen consumption will increase, and the small amount of dissolved oxygen added by the internal water drop of the equipment alone cannot meet the demand. The water quality will produce biogas due to lack of oxygen, leading to odor. Therefore, if there may be sewage flowing into the landscape water or if the surrounding environment is not clean and rainwater runoff often brings garbage pollutants, another solution must be found.
