Common troubleshooting of ultra-high pressure cleaning machine

At present, high-pressure cleaning machines have a broad market, with an annual demand of 40 million units, and the market demand is constantly increasing. Ultra high pressure cleaning machines are used for cleaning and maintenance of various motor vehicles, engineering vehicles, construction machinery, and agricultural machinery supporting products. It is inevitable that the machine will experience some working failures during long-term operation. Today, we will analyze the common faults of ultra high pressure cleaning machines and how to eliminate these faults.

1、 If there is an abnormal screaming sound during the operation of a high-pressure cleaning machine, most of the reason is due to a lack of oil in the motor bearings. At this point, we only need to inject regular butter into the oil injection hole of the motor to solve the problem, and this situation does not happen frequently. We just need to supplement the regular maintenance of the high-pressure cleaning machine.
2、 After starting the high-pressure cleaning machine, if the pressure is unstable or intermittent, most of the reasons are due to air being sucked into the high-pressure water pump or inlet pipeline. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the pressure of the water source is sufficient and whether the inlet filter is blocked. If the inlet filter is found to be blocked, remove the filter and clean it with water.
3、 During the operation of the high-pressure cleaning machine, there is a certain working pressure that cannot be adjusted to the rated pressure of the equipment, or the pressure only stays within a certain range and cannot rise. In this case, the first step is to determine whether the aperture of the high-pressure nozzle matches. If the pressure still cannot be increased after replacing the high-pressure nozzle, it is necessary to check whether the pressure regulating valve is adjusted to the position. If the fault persists after ruling out these two situations, it indicates that the sealing component (water seal) inside the pump is damaged or the piston is damaged. In this case, it is necessary to seek assistance from the manufacturer for repair.
4、 After a certain period of normal operation, the pressure of the high-pressure cleaning machine decreases. In this case, the first thing to check is whether the high-pressure nozzle is severely worn. The high-pressure nozzle of ordinary pressure equipment basically does not show wear, because the high-pressure nozzles we are equipped with have undergone overheating treatment. And the high-pressure nozzle of ultra-high pressure equipment is difficult to guarantee. Secondly, it is necessary to separately inspect the pressure regulating valve and the sealing components inside the water pump.
5、 After starting the equipment, if there is no water injection from the high-pressure water pump, it needs to be checked by the manufacturer's maintenance personnel. Most of the reason is that the inlet flow valve cannot be opened. If the problem persists after ruling out this situation, it is that the high and low pressure water circuits are connected in series, which means that the water in the low pressure pipeline cannot enter the high pressure pipeline, and the high pressure water pump cannot work. If this phenomenon occurs, it is necessary to seek assistance from the manufacturer to repair and solve it.
6、 After starting the high-pressure cleaning machine, there is abnormal noise inside the high-pressure water pump. The first thing to determine is that the high-pressure water pump has sucked in air. Secondly, check whether the flow valve spring is damaged or the crankcase bearing is damaged. This situation requires assistance from the manufacturer for repair.
7、 During regular maintenance of the high-pressure cleaning machine, if the lubricating oil in the crankcase becomes cloudy or milky white through the observation window, it indicates that the oil seal inside the high-pressure water pump is not tightly sealed or has been damaged. If not replaced in time, impurities in the water will seriously damage the service life of the crankshaft and connecting rod, resulting in damage to the high-pressure water pump.
8、 Dripping oil at the bottom of the high-pressure water pump indicates that the oil seal inside the pump is damaged and needs to be replaced in a timely manner. When the high-pressure water pump is running, the crankshaft and connecting rod are constantly moving back and forth, and oil is needed for lubrication and cooling. Therefore, the high-pressure water pump cannot lack lubricating oil.
9、 When the high-pressure cleaning machine is running, there is severe vibration in the high-pressure pipe, indicating that the valve is working improperly and needs to be re pressurized.
10、 When the high-pressure cleaning machine is running normally, if the pressure of the pressure regulating valve is normal but the high-pressure water gun does not shoot water or the water jet sprayed by the high-pressure nozzle is irregular and scattered, it indicates that there is foreign matter blocking the high-pressure nozzle and it needs to be removed for cleaning.
