Introduction and Operation of Blood Lysing Machine

Adopting microcomputer control, temperature digital display, arbitrary setting, automatic constant temperature, blue swing function. The melting of low-temperature plasma reduces the number of procedures, saves time, and facilitates medical workers, making it an ideal supporting equipment for blood banks.

Operation of blood plasma machine

1. Before using the instrument, place the speed control knob in the minimum position.

2. Packaging test bottles: 1. Pay attention to uniform distribution; 2. Be careful not to have too little liquid filling to prevent the test bottle from floating; 3. Pay attention to sealing the bottle mouth to prevent condensed water droplets from dripping into the bottle.

3. Connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on

4. Select constant temperature

5. If the instrument is not used for a long time, the inside of the instrument should be cleaned thoroughly.

6. Slowly adjust the speed control knob to the desired speed.

7. Before each shutdown, place all switches in a non working state and cut off the power supply.

8. The maximum operating temperature of this instrument cannot exceed 40 ℃. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the heater stops working.

9. Proper use and maintenance of the instrument can prolong its service life by keeping it in good working condition.

10. The bearings of the transmission part have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (No. 1 calcium sodium based) before leaving the factory. During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space.

11. After long-term use, natural wear and tear of the instrument is a normal phenomenon. After one year of use, if abnormal noise is found in the motor, bearings in the transmission part are worn, belts are loose or cracked, heating and constant temperature are abnormal, electronic control components fail, etc., our company will continue to provide services to assist in handling them.

12. During continuous operation, the instrument should be regularly inspected every three months to check for any water droplets or dirt falling onto the motor and control components. The water quality and cleanliness of the water tank should also be checked, and fuses, control components, and fastening screws should be inspected.

Notes:

1. Normally set the water temperature, it can be turned on for a long time. When using it, turn on the swing switch, set the frequency, and it will automatically swing. After use, turn off the swing switch to save electricity and reduce mechanical wear.
2. Before use, be sure to add water to the water level line and avoid dry burning to protect the heating tube. As the startup time increases, the water in the water tank gradually evaporates. Please check the water level at any time (add water and replace it). Ensure that the machine is operating normally.
3. Set temperature: Press the SET button to set or view the temperature set point. Press the SET key once to start flashing the character, indicating that the instrument has entered the set state. Press the △ key to increase the set value, and press the △ or ▽ key to quickly change the data. Press the SET key again to return the instrument to normal working state. Once the temperature setting is complete, the heating indicator light will turn on.
4. Pre setting: Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the inner layer parameter setting state of the instrument. *The parameter that appears and flashes is the advance amount that stops immediately. The advance amount parameter should be carefully adjusted to reduce temperature overshoot. When the instrument controls the heating output, it will cut off heating in advance. When the temperature drops below the advance amount, it will start heating again. The output (relay) will not work within the set value and advance amount range. This can reduce the number of relay actions and extend the service life of the relay. Example: If the set value is 50.0 ℃ and the advance amount is 0.5, the relay will release when the instrument control heats up to 49.5.0 ℃, and the relay will close again when the temperature drops to 50.0 ℃ -0.5 ℃=49.5 ℃. The larger the advance amount, the fewer times the relay will act, and if the advance amount is too large, it will reduce the control accuracy. After adjusting the advance parameter, press the SET button for 3 seconds to return the instrument to its working state. (Note: Pre setting is specifically set to prevent excessive temperature surge after heating stops, and generally does not require modification).
5. Error correction: When confirming that the value displayed on the instrument is not the correct measurement value, the displayed value can be corrected. Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the deep menu of the instrument panel. The * parameter that appears and flashes is E00, which is the advance quantity. Press the SET key again to display the flashing parameter, which is the error correction parameter. Use the △ or ▽ keys to modify this parameter. The range of error correction is correct, and the instrument is corrected to be incorrect. To adjust the temperature from -9.9 ℃ to+9.9 ℃, press the SET button again to exit. The correction value of the instrument is 0.0 when it leaves the factory.
