2: Usage:
When using this instrument, first check if the random accessories are complete. Then, in order, install the fixtures first, place the beaker that needs to be stirred in the center of the heating plate, add the solution, place the stirrer in the solution of the beaker, plug in the power, turn on the switch, the indicator light will turn on, set the temperature to be heated, and the instrument will start working. Gradually adjust the speed from slow to fast. High speed starting is not allowed. To avoid causing jumping.
1. Set temperature: Press the SET key to set and view the temperature setpoint. Press the SET key once and the digital display character will start flashing, indicating that the instrument has entered the set state. Press the △ key to increase the set value, press the ▽ key to decrease the set value. Long press the △ key or ▽ key to quickly change the data. Press the SET key again and the instrument will return to normal working state. After the temperature setting is completed, the instrument will return to normal working state
2. Internal function parameter setting: Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the internal parameter setting state of the instrument. In the future, every time the setting key is pressed, the following parameters will appear on the instrument in sequence:
E: It is a parameter that is controlled in advance. To reduce temperature overshoot, the instrument controls the heating output to cut off heating in advance. The output (relay) does not operate within the set value and advance range, which can prevent temperature overshoot and reduce the number of relay actions to extend the relay life. Example: If the set value is 50.0 ℃ and the advance amount is 0.5, the relay will release when the instrument control heats up to 49.5.0 ℃, and the relay will close again when the temperature drops to 50.0 ℃ -0.5 ℃=49.5 ℃. The larger the advance amount, the fewer times the relay will act, and if the advance amount is too large, it will reduce the control accuracy.
Attention: The parameter E only takes effect when P=0. When P is not equal to 0, the instrument dynamically controls the temperature in an intelligent PID working mode. The parameter E is meaningless when P is not equal to 0
P: It is a proportional parameter, which refers to the proportional control value. The instrument distributes the P-value on both sides of the set point around the set value, and dynamically controls the temperature within the P-value range.
The so-called dynamic PID method is to control the output of the instrument in a time proportional manner based on the energy required for positional, integral, and derivative operations to achieve temperature balance.
T: To control the temperature, the instrument automatically adjusts the heating and idle time during one cycle of the relay's working cycle, which is the heating output cycle. A small T value has good control effect, but a relay with a too small T value will reduce its lifespan due to frequent operation. Generally, the T value is taken as 20-60 seconds. To simplify the operation, the integration time (I) and differentiation time (D) of the instrument are designed as hidden parameters, with default values of I=180 and D=45
3. Error correction: When confirming that the value displayed on the instrument is not the correct measurement value, the displayed value can be corrected. Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument panel. The * parameters that appear and flash are E00, which is the advance quantity. Press the SET key again to display and flash the parameters, which are the error correction parameters. Use the △ or ▽ keys to modify this parameter. The range of error correction is -9.9 ℃ to+9.9 ℃. After the correction is completed, press the SET button again to exit. The correction value of the instrument is 0.0 when it leaves the factory. When using it, it is necessary to prevent correcting the instrument that displays correctly to be incorrect.
3: Precautions.
If you notice that the stirrer is jumping or not stirring during mixing, please cut off the power and check if the bottom of the beaker is balanced. Check if the position is correct and if the voltage is between 220V ± 10 ∨. Otherwise, the above situation may occur. The heating time should not be too long to extend the service life of the instrument.. If the indicator light does not light up when the power is turned on, please check if the fuse tube is burnt out. Please provide replacement equipment after burning out.
