Safety instructions for using digital gas bath oscillator

To use this product, please read all user manuals and remember to follow the following safety precautions:

The electrical rated parameters of the socket provided by the user should not be less than the electrical rated parameters of the machine and have good grounding measures.

When replacing the fuse, the plug should be unplugged from the socket.

After a circuit or electrical equipment malfunction, it should be repaired by professionals. Using accessories not recommended by the manufacturer can cause certain quality problems.

4. When used in an environment with children, close attention should be paid.

·During use, it is strictly prohibited to insert fingers into the gaps of movement.

·The instrument is strictly prohibited from moving during movement.

·The working platform of the instrument should not be too smooth (such as ceramic tiles, etc.).

·The instrument should be supervised by someone when used at heights.

·When cleaning the machine, the power should be unplugged first.

Instructions for Use:

Using at medium speed within the speed range can extend the lifespan of the instrument.

2. The instrument should be placed on a sturdy workbench, with a clean and tidy environment, ventilation and dryness, and convenient water supply and drainage.

Before using the instrument, place the speed control button in the minimum position and turn off the "oscillation switch".

4. When packing culture test bottles, the following points should be noted: ① uniform distribution; ② The liquid filling amount should not be too small to prevent the test bottle from floating; ③ Seal the bottle mouth to prevent condensed water droplets from dripping into the bottle.

5. Inject tap water into the water tank, with the water level slightly higher than the liquid level inside the culture bottle.

6. Connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on.

7. Choose a constant temperature: Please refer to the YL-1000 Intelligent Digital Temperature Controller User Manual for details.

8. Select the timer and adjust the timer knob to the "timer" or "normally open" position.

9. Turn on the "oscillation switch" and the indicator light will turn on. Slowly adjust the speed control knob to the desired speed.

10. Before each shutdown, all switches should be placed in a non working state, the timer should be set to "zero", and the power should be cut off.

11. It is prohibited to use heaters when the water tank is empty. If not used for a long time, the water in the water tank must be drained and wiped dry with a soft cloth
