II Installation and maintenance precautions

There may be accessories and packaging placed in the workshop of this machine. When using, be sure to check and remove items from the studio.

During the maintenance process of this machine, any part that needs to be removed from the cover may cause electric shock or personal injury. When maintaining this machine, it is necessary to ensure that the power is turned off, and maintenance operations need to be carried out by professional staff.

Before replacing components, please ensure that they meet the requirements of this incubator; If unsure, pleaseOur company provides guidance on after-sales service.

III Electrical safety

To reduce the risk of electric shock, this machine uses a three pin plug and must be connected to a three pin socket with a grounding wire.

Ensure that the wall socket is properly connected to the ground wire. The power supply voltage must be consistent with the voltage used by the machine.

Do not use expansion power adapters with three holes turned into two holes.

Two wire expansion sockets or multi-purpose power adapters without grounding wires cannot be used.

Do not place containers containing liquids on or near the machine. If the container is accidentally knocked over, the liquid may seep into its interior and damage electrical or mechanical components.

To avoid possibleCausing damage, please disconnect the power supply of the incubator before moving it.

If the incubator is damaged, do not attempt to repair it yourself. Please hand it over to your professional technical personnel, distributors, or our company's after-sales service engineers for guidance and handling.

4 Fire prevention precautions

Please use overload insurance fuses of the same model and specifications.

This machine is not designed for substances with flammable and explosive properties. Unless necessary protective measures are taken, such substances cannot be operated on, nor can they be stored in the machine or kept within a 30 cm radius of the incubator.

Nine Operational safety precautions

When using this incubator, please use the accessories designed by our company for this incubator. It is strictly prohibited to use accessories that are corrosive or have exceeded their service life.

Before starting the incubator, please ensure that the studio is clean and free of debris;

Do not lift or move the incubator until it has stopped working.

If the glass container ruptures in the inner container, please be extra careful when inspecting and cleaning the inner container to prevent being scratched by glass fragments.

Maintain a distance of 30cm from other objects while working in the incubator.

Five Chemical and Biological Safety Precautions

Conventional operations may include various solutions and test samples, which may be pathogenic, toxic, or radioactive substances. This type of substance cannot be operated with this incubator unless necessary protective measures have been taken.

Please pay attention to the instructions on the original solution container regarding the solution inside the container before operation.

Caution must be exercised when handling these solutions, as they are infectious and must be operated strictly in accordance with laboratory procedures and methods.

All waste solutions must be destroyed in accordance with environmental safety and protection requirements.

six. Installation and Debugging

.1 Installation and requirements of incubator

Warning: Do not install this device near flammable and explosive substances; Inflammable and explosive gases entering the operating incubator may cause a fire; Before installation and debugging, inspect the incubator and remove items from the studio.

2. Installation environment:

Environmental temperature and humidity: The surrounding environment has a certain impact on the lifespan and performance of the incubator, and the incubator shouldWork within the allowable temperature range (5 ℃~40 ℃) and relative humidity ≤ 80%.

Require no experimental equipment nearby that generates large heat sources or strong vibration sources.

Avoid installing in places with direct sunlight and humidity.

Avoid installation in places with corrosive, flammable, and explosive gases in the air.

Avoid installing in places with oil stains, dust, and metal dust.

4. Incubator debuggingAnd use

Warning: Inspect the studio and remove items other than the baffle.

1)Open the outer packaging, carefully remove the incubator, and place it on a level and solid tabletop, ensuring that the four legs of the incubator are evenly in contact with the tabletop.

2)Inspect the studio, remove all items except for the baffle, and clean the studio thoroughly.

3)Compare the packing list and verify if the random documents are complete and accurate.

4)Confirm that the power supply voltage is consistent with the required voltage of the machine(Check the power voltage label on the power cord at the back of the machine. The power supply used is AC 220V, 50HZ, and the grounding wire of the flower wire is used to ensure the safe use of the incubator.)Connect the power cord equipped with this machine to an external power source, and press the power switch marked with the symbol "|" on the incubator panel to turn on the power. If any electrical problems are found during operation, please have professional maintenance personnel inspect and repair them.

5)After completing the above, the temperature can be set; If there are no abnormalities, the debugging is successful.

7 Operation and running instructions:

1.Set temperature and timePress the SET key to set the temperature. At this time, the upper row digital tube displays SP and the lower row digital tube data flashes, indicating that the instrument has entered the temperature setting state. Press the △ key to increase or press the ▽ key to decrease the temperature setting value of the lower row. Press the SET key again to enter the time setting state. Press the △ key to increase or press the ▽ key to decrease the setting value. Press the SET key again to return the instrument to normal working state. The temperature and time settings are complete.

2.Internal functional parameter settings:Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the inner layer parameter setting state of the instrument.

2.Correction of errors:When confirming that the value displayed on the instrument is not the correct measurement value, the displayed value can be corrected. Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the internal menu of the instrument panel,The parameter that appears and flashes is H2.0, which is the alarm quantity. Press the SET key several times until the parameter C0.0, which is the error correction parameter, appears. Use the △ or ▽ keys to modify this parameter. The range of error correction is -4.9 ℃ to+4.9 ℃. After the correction is completed, press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds to exit the instrument from the set state. The correction value of the instrument is 0.0 when it leaves the factory. When using it, it is necessary to prevent correcting the instrument that displays correctly to be incorrect.

Cancel the timer when the time is set to 0, and users can choose according to their usage.

3.Internal function parameter setting: Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the internal parameter setting state of the instrument.

In the future, every time the setting key is pressed, the parameters in the following table will appear in the lower row of the instrument:
