summary:

The vibrating fluidized bed is a highly successful modified fluidized bed, which is supported on a set of springs and powered by an excitation motor. The scattered material fed into the dryer is thrown towards the outlet end by the excitation force on the porous plate and transported towards the VI end. Hot air is blown in from under the porous plate, passes through the material layer, transfers heat to the material, and carries the vaporized water from the material out through the exhaust port, thereby drying the material. Due to the mechanical vibration of the material in the vibrating fluidized bed, it is in motion and can be dynamically dried by simply blowing in an appropriate amount of hot air, resulting in high thermal efficiency and uniform drying of the material.

Principle:
The material enters the machine from the feeding port, and under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown forward continuously in the horizontal direction. The hot air passes through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet material. The wet air is removed by the cyclone separator and discharged from the exhaust port, while the dry material is discharged from the exhaust port.


Features:
The vibration source is driven by a vibration motor, which runs smoothly, is easy to maintain, has low noise, long service life, and is easy to maintain.
High thermal efficiency, saving more than 30% energy compared to general drying devices. The temperature distribution of the bed layer is uniform, with no local overheating phenomenon and uniform fluidization.
Good adjustability and wide adaptability The thickness of the material layer, the speed of movement inside the machine, and the uniform change of full amplitude can be infinitely adjusted.
Has minimal damage to the surface of the material and can be used for drying fragile materials; Irregular material particles do not affect the working effect.
Adopting a fully enclosed structure effectively prevents contamination of the working environment between materials and air.
When used for mass production of high moisture materials, multiple units can be connected in series to meet user requirements (typical materials: such as polyacrylamide, etc.).


Application fields:

1. Pharmaceutical and chemical industry: various tablet particles, boric acid, borax, hydroquinone and other additives.

2. Food and building materials industry: distiller's grains, monosodium glutamate, sugar, salt, slag, Douban seeds, etc.

3. Suitable for drying, cooling, and humidifying various granular materials such as crystals and powder mixtures in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, seed, and slag.

4. Chemical products: polyaluminum chloride, dispersed dyes, reactive dyes, organic catalysts, white carbon black, laundry detergent, zinc sulfate, silicon dioxide, sodium metasilicate, potassium fluoride, calcium carbonate, potassium sulfate, inorganic catalysts, various waste liquids, etc.


Maintenance and upkeep:

1. Due to the absence of intense backmixing, the airflow velocity is lower compared to ordinary fluidized beds, resulting in less damage to material particles. Materials that require no damage to crystal form or have specific requirements for particle surface luminosity during the drying process are most suitable.

2. Vibration motors should be regularly maintained and lubricated.

3. Regularly clean the orifice bed of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer, eliminate blockages, remove accumulated materials, and open the discharge hole of the lower box to clean the leakage under the orifice plate.

4. The maintenance and upkeep of motors, fans, and reducers should refer to the corresponding manuals for maintenance.

5. Check the soft connection parts every two weeks for any damage, and replace them promptly if there is any damage.

6. Each bearing should be cleaned every three months and the lubricating grease should be replaced.

7. Check the working condition of the vibration isolation rubber spring. When the vibration isolation spring ages and cracks or the installation height is below 105mm, it should be replaced. In addition, when the installation height is low or aging cracks occur, all isolation springs should be replaced together, and the free height error of each set of rubber springs should not exceed 3mm.


Operation and function adjustment:

1. Start program:

a、 Adjust the excitation force of the vibration motor to achieve the desired amplitude of the machine;

b、 Start the induced draft fan;

c、 Start the air supply fan and pay attention to whether the direction of the air supply and induced draft fan is correct;

d、 Adjust all parameters to achieve the required values and stabilize within a certain range;


2. Precautions before normal operation after machine startup:

a、 When starting, attention should be paid to the operation of the machine. If there are any abnormalities, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection;

b、 If there is contact friction with auxiliary equipment, the machine should be stopped immediately for adjustment;

c、 If the connecting bolts become loose and produce abnormal sounds, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and the loose screws should be re tightened.

d、 Pay attention to the direction of rotation of the two motors, which should meet the requirements;

e、 The amplitude should comply with the regulations (full amplitude);

f、 Under normal working conditions, the dryer should vibrate uniformly in the vertical and horizontal directions according to the determined amplitude value, and should not produce inconsistent amplitude or left-right shaking. Otherwise, it is necessary to carefully check whether the excitation force of the vibration motor is the same and whether the counterweight iron is loose;

g、 It is normal for the machine to have a large amplitude during startup and shutdown, and there is no need to adjust it.
