PLC fully automatic turbine oil filter

The fully automatic PLC touch screen aggregation vacuum ZJC turbine oil filter adopts a new type of aggregation and separation technology for online processing of turbine oil for steam turbines, gas turbines, water turbines, and turbine compressors in various industries, ensuring the normal operation of the unit regulation and lubrication system. It can also be used for bottom viscosity adjustment and cooling oil treatment, mainly used for turbine oil treatment in generator sets, and can also be applied to hydraulic oil, refrigeration oil, and other low viscosity lubricating oils that require removal of a large amount of moisture and precise filtration of impurities.

Technical Specification

1. The ZJC turbine oil filter is a combination of vacuum and coalescence dehydration, which can filter out pollutants such as water and particulate impurities in the turbine lubricating oil, eliminate emulsified phases, ensure the purification and reuse of lubricating oil, and adapt to the impact of various operating conditions on the quality of lubricating oil, automatically and continuously running.
2. The device is equipped with inlet and outlet pipe joints, oil level gauge, oil level protection device, pressure gauge, control cabinet, electric heating overheating protection, overpressure protection device and related instruments. Equipped with stable automation protection devices, the oil filter can operate automatically online (unmanned). Ensure that there are no major malfunctions such as oil leakage or overheating of lubricating oil during the operation of the oil filter. The control cabinet is equipped with an accident stop button.
3. The processed oil quality does not change the properties of the lubricating oil, does not remove any additives or inhibitors from the oil, and does not increase the acidity of the oil.
4. The polymer aggregation type water separation device should have the function of removing emulsified water and free water from the oil without the need for high heating temperature.
