Brief Introduction

Brief Operation of ZJC Steam Turbine Oil Dehydration Vacuum Oil Filter

After receiving the oil filter, the customer may not be very clear about the simple installation and use of the equipment, so our company provides on-site installation and commissioning services while selling the equipment. However, when the debugging personnel we arranged left, many customers did not record the process and would call us to consult our operational procedures. So, we recorded the startup and shutdown of the device as a video. Facilitate customers who have already purchased to understand the process, as well as potential customers to understand the equipment.

The ZJC oil filter produced by Chongqing Tongrui Filtration Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has many specifications, and each type of oil filter uses the same heating, filtering, water separation, and vacuum dehydration principles. The equipment's capacity ranges from 600 liters/hour to 18000 liters/hour, and on-site use only requires a power supply.

Turbine oil filters are mainly used for turbine oil and turbine oil, as well as for hydraulic oil, refrigeration oil, and other lubricating oils that require the removal of large amounts of moisture and precise filtration of impurities.

Main steps:

1. Installation
All components of the oil filter have undergone adjustment tests before leaving the factory. When transported to the site of use, it is necessary to check whether each part is intact and whether the fasteners are loose.
(1) The machine should be placed on a horizontal ground, with the oil inlet connected to the lower oil outlet of the tank and the oil outlet connected to the upper part of the tank.
(2) Due to the mobile nature of the machine, users do not need to design and install a separate foundation. They only need to move the machine to a flat surface near the oil tank.
(3) The selection of power input lines must be able to withstand the high current of the machine.
2. Debugging
(1) Connect the inlet and outlet oil pipes of the equipment to ensure smooth oil flow from the oil tank to the machine.
(2) Connect the power cord correctly and without error, confirm that the inlet and outlet oil pipes are securely connected, the phase sequence of the power supply inlet is correct, the power supply voltage matches the equipment, and the electronic control system is in standby mode.
(3) Equipment trial operation: Close valves 1, 2, 4, 15, 16, 21, 22, 25, 28, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 48, 51, etc. that are connected to the outside world, open valves 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 23, 47, start the vacuum pump and observe the display of the vacuum gauge - the vacuum degree will slowly rise. After the vacuum gauge indicates a stable high vacuum degree value, stop the vacuum pump for 5 minutes and observe that the pointer of the vacuum gauge should not drop more than 0.005Mpa during this time. Otherwise, the leaking part should be eliminated. If the vacuum pump cannot start, it indicates that the phase sequence of the power supply incoming line is incorrect and should be changed.

Usage and Operation
1. Preparation before operation
1. Connect the inlet and outlet oil pipes and inspection pipes
2. Connect the power supply incoming line (AC380V/50Hz)
3. The inlet and outlet oil pipes are firmly connected, the phase sequence of the power supply inlet is correct, the power supply voltage matches the equipment, and the electronic control system is in standby mode
4. Check for any factors that may affect the operation of the equipment in the surrounding area, and only start after confirming that the switch is normal
II. Equipment Operation Methods
1. Basic operation:
First, open the exhaust valve 40 of heat exchanger 39, close the drain valve 42, and fill the heat exchanger with cooling water.
1) Close valves 2, 4, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 25, 28, 33, 34, 35, 36, 48, 51, etc., and open valves 37, 47,
2) Close the air switch, and the power on indicator light on the panel will turn on;
3) Rotate the emergency stop button to the open position;
2. Equipment operation:
1) Manually start the vacuum pump and ensure its operation;
2) When the vacuum degree reaches -0.080Mpa, open valve 1 and the system begins to enter oil;
3) When the oil reaches the infrared controlled oil level, the oil pump automatically starts (during operation, the infrared automatically controls the start and stop of the oil pump), and the oil outlet begins to discharge oil;
4) Appropriately open bypass valve 23 to maintain a relative balance of inlet and outlet oil volume.
5) . Timely adjust the opening of the air ballast valve to keep the vacuum in the vacuum separator free of foam.
6) After the system oil circulation is normal, close the circuit breaker of the heater, manually turn on the heater, and the entire system will operate.
7) When the whole machine is in normal working condition, valves 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 can be opened to allow the separated water to settle in reservoirs 18 and 20;
8) When water settles in the water storage tanks 18 and 20 and reaches the upper part of the liquid level pipe, it should be released in a timely manner.
8.1) Close valves 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, open valves 15, 16 and 21, and 22 to discharge water from the reservoir;
8.2) After the water is drained, close valves 15, 16 and 21, 22, and open valves 10, 11, 12, 13, 14;
9) When the oil output exceeds the pressure (due to reasons such as the oil outlet valve not being opened or the fine filter being blocked) (set value ≤ 0.3mpa), the pressure control instrument works and the whole machine stops working. When running again, press the emergency stop button and then turn right to reset.
10) When water settles in the water storage tank 50 and reaches the upper part of the liquid level pipe, it should be released in a timely manner.
10.1) Close valve 47, open valves 48 and 51, and drain water from the reservoir;
10.2) After the water is drained, close valves 48 and 51, and open valve 47;
11) As needed, open circulation valve 33 to create internal circulation of the system's processed oil and improve the oil processing performance.
12) Shutdown:
12.1) When it is necessary to shut down, first turn off the heater, and then close the oil inlet valve 1 after 3-5 minutes. Slightly open valves 2, 21, and 22 in stages to suck the oil from the primary filter and water reservoir into the system for the next operation. After the oil is completely absorbed, close valves 2, 21, and 22, stop the vacuum pump, and open valve 25 to release the system vacuum. After confirming that the oil in the system is completely drained, stop the oil pump, close valve 25, restart the vacuum pump, run for 10 minutes, remove the water settled in the vacuum pump oil, and disconnect the power switch.
12.2) In case of emergency during operation, press the emergency stop button immediately to stop the machine and close the oil inlet valve 1 or open the ballast valve 25 to relieve the vacuum. To resume work, reset the emergency stop button to the right, open inlet valve 1 or close damper valve 25, and reset the emergency stop button to the right;
