The equipment is used simultaneously for oil filtration in various lubrication hydraulic station systems.
The lubricating hydraulic oil filtration equipment produced by Tongrui mainly adopts the principle of vacuum negative pressure, combined with the new compound three-dimensional flash evaporation technology, and uses multi precision filtration to reliably remove harmful substances such as moisture, impurities, and gases from unqualified oil, quickly restoring oil performance to meet oil standards. The processed hydraulic oil has low emulsification value, low water content, high impurity filtration accuracy, and the filtered performance can meet the requirements for regeneration in lubrication equipment.
This equipment is also suitable for purification and regeneration treatment in various lubrication systems in industries such as petroleum, chemical, steel, metallurgy, etc.
Product principle of lubricating hydraulic oil filtration equipment:
The equipment adopts the function of four filters for dehydration, degassing, and impurity removal. The oil to be treated is first sucked in under vacuum negative pressure, and then enters the infrared carbon fiber heater for preheating after passing through the stainless steel magnetic filter and the two nanometer molecule filter. The temperature rapidly heats up from low to high, and at the same time, the oil molecules begin to decompose inside and then enter the third trimer vacuum oil-water separation filter. This filter uses the characteristics of the inlet filter material for the first decomposition of oil and water. Larger water molecules are separated by the aggregation filter element and enter the water storage tank. Micro water and oil molecules enter the vacuum separation tank through the distributor, forming a short layer of thin film atomization. After continuous operation of the reactor, a three-dimensional, multi-level evaporation structure is formed inside the tank. Through continuous circulation, the purification purpose can be achieved.
