1) Manually start the vacuum pump and ensure its operation;2) When the vacuum degree reaches -0.080Mpa, open valve 1 and the system begins to enter oil;3) When the oil reaches the infrared controlled oil level, the oil pump automatically starts (during operation, the infrared automatically controls the start and stop of the oil pump), and the oil outlet begins to discharge oil;4) Appropriately open bypass valve 23 to maintain a relative balance of inlet and outlet oil volume.5) . Timely adjust the opening of the air ballast valve to keep the vacuum in the vacuum separator free of foam.6) After the system oil circulation is normal, close the circuit breaker of the heater, manually turn on the heater, and the entire system will operate.
