Installation:
1. The ceiling mounted air conditioning unit should be installed horizontally in the ceiling interlayer. The condensate pipe side is allowed to be lower by 0.5%, but not higher, to ensure the smooth discharge of condensate water. There should be sufficient installation space around the unit for maintenance.
2. The condensate discharge connected to the unit must be equipped with a water seal, and the water seal must have sufficient height.
3. The water pipe of the surface cooler is bottom inlet and top outlet, and a shut-off valve and filter should be installed at the inlet.
4. The air ducts connected to the fish unit need to be flexibly connected, and the water pipes connected to the unit should use flexible connections. When connecting, the torque should not be too large to avoid damaging the heat exchanger. And the pipeline must have separate support, and the heavy ones should be borne by the motor unit.
5. The power supply for the unit is 380V, 50Hz. Only when the power supply meets the requirements can it be connected to the motor. After connecting the power supply, check whether the fan direction is correct. If it is reversed, stop the machine and change the phase sequence of the power supply.
6. The fan motor should have good grounding and other reliable protections such as overload, overheating, and missing items.
maintain:
The cooling and heating medium of the unit should be pure softened water, with a working pressure not exceeding 1.6Mpa.
During normal operation of the unit, the temperature rise of the fan bearings should not exceed 40 ℃.
3. The outlet pipe of the unit is equipped with an exhaust valve. Before operation and cold/hot conversion, the exhaust valve must be opened to exhaust the air in the heat exchanger and pipeline, so as not to affect the heat exchange effect. The temperature of the unit's cooling water in summer should not be lower than 5 ℃, and the temperature of the heating water in winter should not be higher than 80 ℃.
When starting a brand new fan unit for heating in cold winter regions, the heater should be turned on for 5-10 minutes before starting the air supply fan to prevent a large amount of cold air from forming ice plugs in the heat exchanger; When shutting down, the fresh air valve should be closed first, followed by the heater, and it is best to turn off the air supply fan.
When the unit is not used for a long time in winter, the water in the coil should be drained and dried with compressed air. If the water cannot be blown clean, antifreeze should be added to the pipe. If the unit is temporarily not running during the winter season, it should be ensured that there is hot water circulation in the pipes to prevent rust and freezing. Except for winter, when the heat exchanger is not in use in other seasons, it should also be filled with water to reduce erosion.
