Installation method and flashing production of RTC aluminum centrifugal roof fan

1、 Understanding of the basic components of RTC all aluminum roof fan: impeller, motor, transmission parts (limited to belt drive), casing (rain cap, fan cover, flashing base), etc. Attachment: Gravity check valve, fire damper, smoke exhaust fire damper, etc.
2、 RTC all aluminum roof fan installation
1. Pre installation inspection: Check whether the components of the fan have been deformed, displaced, bumped, damaged due to transportation, whether the gap between the impeller and the air duct is uniform, and whether the bolts and nuts are loose. Otherwise, they should be adjusted and repaired before installation.
2. Installation method of fan: Firstly, the foundation should be leveled, and then the fan should be lifted into place on the foundation (it is strictly prohibited to use hooks to hook the edge of the wind cap for lifting). Adjust the fan to ensure that the joint surface between the fan and the foundation naturally matches. Then, use expansion bolts to fix the roof fan base to the foundation (tighten it horizontally on the vertical edge of the fan base). If the anchor bolts are embedded in the vertical plane of the foundation and fixed to the fan base, the anchor bolts exposed on the plane of the fan base must be sealed with glass glue to prevent rainwater from seeping into the fan.
3. Installation precautions for fans:

（1）. The installation foundation must be flat and have sufficient strength, stability, and durability.

（2）. The fan base must be naturally connected to the installation foundation plane, and the base must not be forcibly connected by knocking to prevent deformation. During installation, the machine base should be calibrated, and shims can be added to keep it level, and then the fixing bolts should be tightened.

（3). Before installation, it is necessary to carefully check whether the fan packaging is damaged and may cause damage to the fan. If there is any damage or deformation, it must be properly handled before installation can proceed.

(4). During installation, pay attention to checking whether the connecting parts of the fan are loose.

(5). During the installation process, it is important to check that the gap between the outer edge of the impeller and the air duct is uniform and there should be no collision.

(6). After installation, carefully inspect the air duct to ensure that there are no objects inside. Before starting the fan, perform a manual turning inspection to ensure that the rotation is easy and smooth.

(7). A protective net must be installed at the inlet end of the explosion-proof roof fan to prevent the inhalation of debris.

(8). After installation, a trial operation test must be conducted first, and formal use can only be allowed after normal operation.
