During the filtration process, impurities gradually accumulate on the surface of the fine filter screen in the water. Forming a filter impurity layer, due to the accumulation of impurities on the inner side of the fine filter, a pressure difference is formed on the inner and outer sides of the fine filter. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value of the system, the automatic cleaning function is activated, and the water supply of the system is not interrupted. The backwash valve or drain valve is opened, and the sewage is discharged through the drain valve. At this time, the pressure in the hydraulic motor chamber and the sewage collector drops significantly, and the suction process begins through the suction nozzle suction assembly. At this time, a strong backwash water flow flows outward, and a suction force is generated on the suction nozzle. When the water flows through the hydraulic motor, due to the decrease in hydraulic piston pressure, the sewage collector rotates around the axis and moves axially to clean the entire inner surface of the fine filter screen. The entire self-cleaning process takes about 10-15 seconds.

Brush style

Wastewater enters the machine through the inlet of the equipment, and the coarse filter screen first intercepts the larger impurities in the wastewater to prevent them from entering the body and damaging its components. After coarse filtration, the water flows towards the fine filter at the other end of the machine, which intercepts impurities and pollutants in the water.

Due to the blockage of the filter screen by dirt, there is a pressure difference between the water in the filter screen and the water outside the filter screen. When this pressure difference reaches the set value of the pressure difference switch, the water control valve, motor drive, and drain valve on the machine body in the electric control box will open simultaneously. The stainless steel brush inside the motor rotates to clean the dirt on the filter screen, and then discharges the sewage through the drain outlet.
