1、 SKM water film desulfurization and dust collector

Overview: SKM water film desulfurization and dust removal is a new generation of desulfurization and dust removal equipment that has been transformed through multiple technological improvements on the basis of the old type of water film dust removal equipment. Compared with the old style granite water film dust collector, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, wide adaptability, and stable operation without increasing the footprint and cost. Through multiple engineering practices and environmental inspections, it has been proven that its advantages are not particularly outstanding among similar products.

Technical improvement content:

1. The traditional form of air intake is that the dusty gas enters the tower wall along the tangent line and spirals upwards to merge with the reverse water flow to achieve dust removal. Its dust removal efficiency is generally around 90%, which is difficult to meet modern environmental requirements.

In order to improve dust removal efficiency and meet modern requirements, we first started with the intake form during the technological transformation. Install a swirl plate at the inlet to increase the inlet wind speed. This is a very effective technical means. When the water flow merges with the dusty gas from top to bottom here, it is atomized under the action of high-speed airflow, forming an atomization zone. The dusty gas passes through this zone, which not only greatly increases the contact area between the gas-liquid phase but also increases the collision force between the gas-liquid phase. Due to the increase in collision force, the settling velocity of dust particles in water is increased, which correspondingly improves the dust removal efficiency.

2. Design different processing levels based on the different objects being governed through multi-level repetition. Repeat the cyclone plate at a height of 23 meters above the imported cyclone plate, repeating the previous dust removal process to achieve the goal of capturing dust particles multiple times. This not only captures the tiny dust particles that escape during the * dust removal process, but also prolongs the desulfurization reaction time and keeps the flue gas flowing through the turbulent atomization zone. For the chain furnace, it is designed as level 23, and for other furnaces with higher initial concentrations, it is designed as level 3 or above to ensure dust removal efficiency and environmental standards.

3. The composite tower structure increases the diameter of the secondary tower and adds an inner tower inside the secondary tower to become a composite tower. The flue gas that has completed * times of dust removal in the main tower enters the inner tower tangentially and is subjected to dust removal again under the action of centrifugal force. Set up a high atomization device to form a high atomization section in the inner tower. The flue gas passes through the atomization section, and the SO2 in the smoke has sufficient opportunity to come into contact with the absorption liquid. The particles are adsorbed again by the absorption liquid to form micro clusters, and the SO2 and absorption liquid should complete desulfurization in reverse. The smoke particles that have formed micro clusters constantly collide with other particles in turbulent flow, condensing into larger clusters, increasing the effective mass of the smoke particles and improving the efficiency of centrifugation. In the inner tower, multiple highly overlapping swirl plates are installed, with dust removal and desulfurization plates below. Under the action of centrifugal force, dust removal is completed again.

4. The atomization method of water plays a decisive and important role in wet dust removal and desulfurization. Good atomization results in high efficiency, while the opposite results in poor efficiency. This has been proven in practice. Therefore, people have invented and designed many types of fog making nozzles, which play a very important role in dust removal and desulfurization, and have made contributions to environmental protection. However, in practice, there are weaknesses that are difficult to overcome when using nozzle atomization, such as blockage, wear, short service life, large maintenance volume, and multiple accident points. We have made bold attempts and improvements to address these issues, replacing the use of nozzle atomization with high-speed airflow impact atomization. Design several atomization devices in the inner towers of the main tower and composite tower to increase the velocity of the airflow passing through them. When the gas-liquid phase passes in reverse, the high-speed airflow will impact the water into water mist. Through multiple repeated experiments and practices, it has been proven that the water mist formed by this method is far superior to the water mist formed by the nozzle. In addition, the airflow carrying dust particles directly impacts the water flow, providing enough energy to break through the gas film surrounding the dust particles, making them moist and captured by water droplets. The improved atomization method not only overcomes many problems caused by the use of nozzles, but also increases the dust removal efficiency by several percentage points, and its advantages are very obvious.

6、 Usage and maintenance

1. Pre operation inspection:

1.1. Whether the liquid supply pump is normal (check whether the siphon bucket is filled with water before installing the starting water pump of the siphon bucket);

1.2. Whether the liquid supply pipeline is unobstructed;

1.3. Whether the ash discharge port of the dust collector is unobstructed and whether the ash discharge ditch is unobstructed;

1.4. The dust collector inspection port should be tightly closed;

1.5. The water volume of the circulating water tank reaches the water level standard.

1.6. Check if the fan is normal: The specific method is to jog the fan to observe if the direction of rotation is correct; Tap the fan to observe if there is any abnormal noise, and if there is, promptly seek relevant personnel for timely handling; Start the fan to reach normal speed and observe if the starting current is normal. If the starting current is too high, contact relevant personnel to identify the cause and handle it promptly; *After the second use shutdown, check whether the fasteners and connectors of each part of the fan are loose. If there is any looseness, it should be dealt with in a timely manner.

2. When running, the liquid supply pump should be started first, and the fan should be started when there is liquid flowing out of the dust collector's discharge port.

3. When stopping the operation, first stop the fan and then stop the liquid supply pump.

4. Timely clean up the accumulated ash in the sedimentation tank, and maintain the pH value of the circulating liquid at around 7.

5. When adding alkali, melt the solid alkali and slowly pour the alkali solution into the drainage ditch or sedimentation tank.

6. The maintenance of dust removal filter element is carried out synchronously with the boiler maintenance.
