RPP water jet vacuum pump, as an efficient and corrosion-resistant vacuum equipment, has a wide range of application backgrounds in industrial production. With the rapid development of industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food, the demand for vacuum equipment is constantly increasing. RPP water jet vacuum pumps are playing an increasingly important role in these industries due to their advantages.
Key installation points for RPP water jet vacuum pump:
Installation environment and foundation: The equipment should be installed indoors or in a sheltered shed to avoid direct sunlight and rain and extend its service life. The installation ground should be flat and solid, and it is recommended to use concrete ground to ensure stable operation of the equipment. If it is a base connected centrifugal pump, it is necessary to add 30 # engine oil to the oil hole of the bracket until the center of the oil eye (direct connection type does not require refueling).
Pipeline connection:
The connecting pipeline between the suction port and the container to be pumped should be shortened as much as possible, with a diameter not less than the specification of the suction port to reduce resistance.
Acid resistant rubber pads should be used at the flange connection, and screws should be symmetrically tightened to ensure a leak proof seal.
The lower end of the pump body must be equipped with a vertical tail pipe with a length of ≥ 1.5 meters (some models require ≥ 1 meter), with a diameter consistent with the outlet of the pump body and kept concentric and perpendicular to ensure pumping efficiency.
The circulating water tank needs to be equipped with inlet and outlet baffles to prevent air from entering the pump body and causing idling, while reducing the water temperature.
Water supply system:
Before starting up, fill the water tank with water to the overflow port and drain the accumulated water in the air chamber to ensure sufficient circulating water.
Regularly replace the circulating water to prevent impurities from accumulating and affecting performance. When the water temperature is too high, it is necessary to replenish cold water in a timely manner.
Electrical and startup:
Before connecting the power supply, ensure stable voltage and install check valves if necessary to prevent water backflow.
Close the vacuum ball valve at the suction port, start the centrifugal pump, and strictly prohibit idling or reversing.
Adjust the maximum vacuum degree based on altitude (atmospheric pressure minus saturated water vapor pressure).
Shutdown and maintenance:
Before shutting down, open the intake valve to release the vacuum and reduce the vacuum level to below 0.092MPa before shutting down to prevent backflow and damage to the check valve.
If using a steam water series pump, the steam valve must be closed before shutting down.
Regularly check whether the fasteners are loose, promptly correct and tighten them, and ensure the sealing of the equipment.
