On August 2, 2018, the 10th Food Science Annual Conference, hosted by the Beijing Academy of Food Science and the Chinese Food Journal "Food Science" magazine, kicked off in Hefei. The conference focused on "Fundamental Theoretical Research on Technological Innovation in the Food Industry".
