Microbial testing in food has become an important factor in controlling the healthy development of the food industry, and the publication and implementation of relevant national standards and methods have promoted the healthy development of the industry. In order to further enhance China's ability in food microbiological testing and control technology, and ensure the quality and safety of food and edible agricultural products in China, the Agricultural Product Safety Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Inspection Sciences, the Professional Committee of Analytical Microbiology of the Chinese Society of Microbiology, and the Food Partner Network jointly held the 8th Food Microbial Testing and Control Technology Exchange Conference in Suzhou from June 22-24, 2018. The conference attracted numerous experimental and technical personnel from the national food industry, and Xunshu Technology attended the conference as an exhibitor.
