Installation of cast iron gate

Installation matters

Before installation, it is necessary to first check the connecting screws between the vertical and horizontal frames, as well as between the gate plates (referring to the combination of multiple gate plates), to ensure that they have not become loose during transportation, loading and unloading, and whether their joints are misaligned. They should be adjusted to one surface, and the gap between the gate plate and the gate groove should be checked to ensure that the gap between the gate groove and the gate plate is not0.08mmIf there is a gap, the closing device can be adjusted. Tighten all connecting bolts.

During installation, the gate should be vertically inserted into the reserved slot, and adjustment pads should be placed under the two vertical frames (it is strictly prohibited to place crossbeams). The two vertical frames should be stabilized using manual hoists and diagonal braces. The gate should be straightened and leveled, and ground foot bolts should be threaded into each foot hole to adjust the position of the gate. The formwork should be supported for the second phase of pouring.

.When pouring concrete, the mortar flowing into the gate, gate frame, inclined iron, and baffle gate should be removed to prevent the mortar from solidifying and affecting the opening and closing of the gate.

Remove the reinforcement. Before the gate leaves the factory, in order to make the gate and gate frame stick tightly and reduce the gap after installation,2mThe above gates are installed on the upper and lower frames4—6Close the device tightly and remove the pressure iron after adjusting the gap to facilitate the opening and closing of the gate.

Reserve the installation positions for gates and hoists according to the requirements in the reserved diagram;

Use a plumb bob to embed the embedded parts in a straight line, ensuring that their surface and verticality are1.5—3%Within the scope;

.Fix the door frame and guide rail onto the embedded parts with bolts;

.When the screw is slender compared to the length of the lifting rod/Screw outer diameter4H/dWhen it exceeds 200, a shaft guide frame should be installed, and the distance between the shaft guide frame and the gate lifting ear should be greater than the maximum opening degree of the gate.
