When the distance between the lifting points is large, a motor can be used to synchronize the lifting and lowering of the two lifting points. The hydraulic hoist system uses liquid as the medium for transmitting power, pushing the piston and piston rod to lift and lower the gate. It has small size, light weight, compact layout, large opening and closing capacity, smooth operation, and centralized operation equipment.

Precautions for using a single lifting point hoisting hoist

1. The steel wire ropes on the drum should be arranged neatly. If overlapping or diagonal winding is found, the machine should be stopped and rearranged. It is strictly prohibited to use hands or feet to pull or step on the steel wire rope during rotation. Steel wire rope is not allowedallRelease, at least three circles should be retained.

2. The steel wire rope shall not be knotted or twisted. If the breakage exceeds 10% within one pitch, it should be replaced.

3. During the operation of the winch hoist, no one is allowed to cross the steel wire rope, and the operator must not leave the machine after lifting objects. During rest, objects or hanging cages should be lowered to the ground.

4. During the operation of the winch hoist, the driver and signalman should maintain good visibility with the lifted object. The driver and signalman should closely cooperate and obey the unified command of the signal.

5. If there is a power outage during the operation of the winch hoist, the power should be cut off and the lifted object should be lowered to the ground.

6. During the operation of the winch hoist, the operator should follow the signal from the commander. If the signal is unclear or may cause an accident, the operation should be suspended until the situation is clarified before continuing.

7. If there is a sudden power outage during the operation of the winch hoist, the switch should be immediately opened to lower the transported goods.

8. After the operation of the winch hoist is completed, the material tray should be placed on the ground and the electrical box should be locked.
