Fiberglass cooling towers have been around for over 40 years in my development history, and have been used in industrial water since the beginning. Nowadays, there are over a hundred fiberglass cooling tower factories, which have become an important pillar for industrial water use and water conservation.
At present, tens of thousands of fiberglass cooling towers in operation are facing the requirement of "energy-saving and low-carbon". Many enterprises are making technological progress in "tower cranes", developing energy-saving cooling towers, reducing the water supply head of cooling towers, and designing water distribution devices inside the towers.
Fiberglass guide cover is used for natural ventilation cooling tower top air outlet, with a height of 3-5 meters and a diameter of about 10-5 meters. It is a large shaped structural component. With the huge demand for hydraulic fiberglass products in the water treatment industry, the products of internal fiberglass pipeline equipment enterprises continue to rise, basically meeting the internal demand.
Large caliber fiberglass reinforced plastic sand filled pipelines have made significant contributions to the construction of underground water networks in our city over the past decade. Water supply and drainage pipes with a diameter of over 1 meter highlight the cost-effectiveness of fiberglass reinforced plastic sand pipes, and there is a trend towards gradually replacing concrete pipes and ductile iron pipes with steel pipes.
In recent years, large-scale fiberglass water supply and drainage pipelines have formed an industrial cluster, and water supply and drainage pipelines have entered overseas markets. Currently, with the increase in industrial water consumption, traditional water treatment methods for wastewater and sewage are no longer suitable for modern urban water use. The use of external membrane separation technology for industrial water and water purification is the trend. These purified water after deep treatment can already meet the water purification standards.
The fiberglass pressure vessel used for reverse water treatment is a key equipment for high-performance water treatment technology that has emerged with the introduction of outer membrane water treatment technology in recent years.
