The blades of the fiberglass swirl tower plate are like fixed windmill blades. When the airflow passes through the blades, it generates rotational and centrifugal motion. The absorbing liquid is evenly distributed to each blade through the middle blind plate, forming a thin liquid layer. It forms a rotational and centrifugal effect with the upward rotating airflow, spraying into small droplets that are thrown towards the tower wall. Droplets are collected by gravity into the collection tank and flow through the downcomer to the blind plate area of the lower tray.

During the operation of the fiberglass cyclone tower, there is a certain wind pressure and speed of the air flow to be processed entering from the bottom of the tower and exiting from the top. The absorption liquid enters from the upper part of the tower and exits from the lower part. The airflow and absorption liquid move relative to each other inside the tower to enhance the absorption effect. The absorption liquid from each layer of the fiberglass cyclone tower falls into the collection tank at the edge through the centrifugal effect of the cyclone, and then enters the lower layer through the guide pipe for absorption.
