Fully automatic chlorine dioxide generatorTechnical Requirements:

The chlorine dioxide production of the generator should not be lower than the rated value;

The mass percentage of chlorine dioxide (calculated as effective chlorine) in the disinfectant solution generated by the generator shall not be less than 95% of the total effective chlorine;

The conversion rate of main raw materials such as sodium chlorite is not less than 80%.

Under normal operating conditions, the service life of the generator is not less than 5 years, and the average working time is not less than 8000 hours.

The generator should have good sealing under normal operating conditions. When the generator is used indoors (with good ventilation conditions and an ambient temperature of 5 ℃ to 40 ℃), the concentration of Cl2 in the indoor environment should comply with the provisions of HJ/T 30, and its maximum allowable concentration should be less than 1mg/m.

When used for drinking water, the total amount of residual raw materials such as chlorite and chlorate in disinfected water should not exceed 0.7mg/L.
