Multi stage vortex air pumps such as vortex air pumps, plastic vortex air pumps, aluminum vortex air pumps, stainless steel vortex air pumps, etc. can be classified according to the direction of gas flow, including centrifugal, axial flow, oblique flow (mixed flow), and cross flow types.
(1) Vortex air pump.
The airflow enters the impeller of the vortex air pump in the axial direction and flows radially.
This type of vortex air pump is made based on the principle of centrifugal effect, and the products include centrifugal through vortex air pump, centrifugal drum vortex air pump, and centrifugal compressor.
(2) Axial vortex air pump.
The airflow enters the impeller of the vortex air pump axially and flows approximately along the axial direction on a cylindrical profile.
This type of vortex air pump includes axial smooth vortex air pump, axial flow drum vortex air pump, and axial flow compressor.
(3) Rotary vortex air pump.
Use rotor rotation to change the volume of the air chamber for work.
Commonly seen varieties include Roots drum vortex air pump and rotary compressor.
Multi stage vortex air pumps are divided into axial vortex air pumps, centrifugal vortex air pumps, and mixed flow vortex air pumps based on the flow direction of the airflow entering the impeller.
The multi-stage vortex air pump is divided into a compression type local vortex air pump (hereinafter referred to as the compression type vortex air pump) and an explosion-proof motor placed outside or inside the flow channel. The explosion-proof motor is placed in the explosion-proof sealed chamber of the extraction type local vortex air pump (hereinafter referred to as the extraction type vortex air pump).
1、 When the pressure or flow rate of the air pump decreases, first block the power fan of the vortex air pump, inspect whether there are tools blocking the air inlet, and review the air inlet filter screen. However, do not remove the filter screen, otherwise debris will be sucked into the air pump, causing damage.
Secondly, if there are impurities inside the invented machinery, it may cause the rubber skin to press against the electromagnet, resulting in the electromagnet being unable to recover its position.
At this time, the outer shell of the vortex air pump can be opened to clear the internal debris.
Drill a small hole in the rubber skin to eliminate the adsorption effect caused by negative pressure.
If the pressure or flow drop is not caused by miscellaneous factors, some air pumps with valves, such as paper cutting machine air pumps, screen printing machine air pumps, and typesetting machine air pumps, should be reviewed in the following departments: whether the valve stem is stuck or the valve opening is too large, the electromagnetic valve stem lacks lubricating oil or the valve stem is offset from the same center, which can also cause a decrease in pressure and air volume. As long as appropriate lubricating oil is added, the concentricity of the electromagnetic valve stem is adjusted, or the intake flow valve and exhaust pressure relief valve are adjusted, it can be resolved.
Be careful not to touch the electromagnet as much as possible during the same period.
The lack of phase or incorrect operating direction of the motor is also a cause of such faults. At this time, it is necessary to review and reconnect the power supply from scratch. If the motor burns out, it should be replaced with a motor of the same model. For single-phase motors, check whether the capacitor is intact and whether the wiring is accurate.
2、 The noise of the air pump increases: Check if there are any debris inside the vortex air pump body. If so, open the outer shell and clear the internal debris; Secondly, review whether the impeller is stuck. At this point, the supplier needs to repair it and assemble it from scratch to eliminate the fault.
The third review is whether the bearings are damaged, and if necessary, replace the bearings.
3、 Pump temperature rise: First, check if the air inlet is blocked, wash the air inlet filter, but do not remove it, otherwise it will suck in debris and damage the air pump screen printing and typesetting machine and other mechanical equipment that require suction.
Please adhere to the working time gap of the air pump appropriately.
Secondly, review the presence of debris inside the body, open the outer shell, and clear the internal debris.
