Hazardous waste incineratorThe selection should meet the following 10 requirements:
(1) The design of the incinerator should ensure that its service life is not less than 10 years;
(2) The technical performance of the refractory materials used in the incinerator should meet the requirements of the combustion atmosphere of the incinerator, and the quality should meet the corresponding technical standards, and be able to withstand the alternating thermal stress of the incinerator working state;
(3) There should be appropriate redundancy processing capability, and the amount of waste feed should be adjustable;
(4) The incinerator should be equipped with explosion-proof doors or other explosion-proof facilities; An emergency exhaust chimney should be installed behind the combustion chamber, and a linkage device should be installed to ensure that it can only be activated in case of an accident or emergency;
(5) An automatic control and monitoring system must be equipped to display operating conditions and exhaust emission parameters online, and be able to provide automatic feedback to automatically adjust the main process parameters;
(6) Ensure that the oxygen content in the exhaust gas of the incinerator reaches 6% -10% (dry flue gas);
(7) A secondary combustion chamber should be set up, and the residence time of flue gas above 1100 ℃ in the secondary combustion chamber should be greater than 2 seconds;
(8) The thermal reduction rate of slag should be less than 5%;
(9) Under normal operating conditions, the incinerator should be in a negative pressure combustion state;
(10) The incineration control conditions should meet the relevant provisions of the national "Pollution Control Standards for Hazardous Waste Incineration" (GB18484-2001).
