Characteristics of sludge deep dewatering machine

1. The motor adopts a level 4 or higher motor, which has the problems of smooth operation, high speed, and low noise.

2. The base of the Lijing industrial dewatering machine adopts a three legged vertical swing structure, and is cast as a whole with pig iron during production, forming in one go. It has the characteristics of high weight, good stability, and long service life.

3. There are two starting methods available for everyone to choose from: hard start and soft start with variable frequency.

4. The self equipped handbrake (foot brake) system can make the industrial dehydrator rotate from high speed to rest in only about 10 seconds during actual use.

5. The inner cylinder is made of high-quality stainless steel material to fully ensure its overall lifespan. The inner cylinder is smooth and the cylinder eyes are uniform, which ensures the dehydration and drying effect while avoiding the problem of scratching the cloth.

Instructions for use

(1) Before use, first check whether all mechanical components are intact.

(2) Place the laundry evenly in the inner drum.

(3) Start the electric motor to gradually increase the speed of the inner rotating cage. According to the type of fabric, it usually takes 5-10 minutes to dry.

(4) Press the 'stop' button to cut off the power to the electric motor. After the dehydrator decelerates naturally for a period of time, operate the brake lever to perform intermittent braking operations, achieving the inner cage to stop rotating.

(5) After the machine comes to a complete stop, the fabric can be removed.

Precautions

(1) Fabrics with different levels of water absorption should be dehydrated separately.

(2) Newly installed dehydrators or newly connected wires must ensure that the motor rotates in the correct direction.

(3) When the fabric is severely unevenly placed and causes strong vibration, the power switch should be immediately turned off, the fabric should be placed evenly again, and then dehydrated.

(4) Do not overload the amount of fabric placed. Especially when taking off non clothing items, special attention should be paid.

(5) During mechanical operation, do not insert your hands into the inner rotating cage area of the dehydrator.
