The QCF stack testing system can easily test various internal components, including proton membranes, electrodes, CCMs, MEAs, and GDLs, while meeting high requirements. The system and its stacking device directly adjust the contact pressure on the stack through pneumatic pistons, and can accommodate up to 5 batteries per 25cm ² of active area, thus establishing repeatable testing conditions. In addition, the flow channels and MEA components can be easily replaced and tested under different operating conditions, providing users with a more flexible operating experience.
