1. The most suitable ambient temperature for using a traditional Chinese medicine pill making machine is -5 ℃ to 40 ℃, with a relative humidity of less than 90%. There is no conductive dust or corrosive metal gas around, and it should be placed in a ventilated and clean location.

2. During operation, there should be no other unrelated items on the workbench. The pill making machine should be placed on a flat table. After confirming the power supply voltage, the power supply should be close to the table, and the power socket should have a reliable grounding wire. It is strictly prohibited to pull the power cord forcefully to prevent the pill making machine from being overturned, damaged, and other accidents from occurring;

3. After use, remove the hexagonal screws and open the upper and lower parts with the roller as the boundary. Remove the four rollers and clean them with medical alcohol. Alternatively, different specifications of rollers can be replaced according to the needs of pill making, and they can be installed and reset as shown in the diagram.

4. When scrubbing with alcohol, replacing the pill making roller and the strip release clutch roller, the main power must be cut off and the power plug must be unplugged to avoid personal accidents.

5. During startup use, it is strictly prohibited to touch the pill making roller and the strip release clutch roller with hands, brushes, or other tools to avoid finger injuries. It is also strictly prohibited to process pills with electricity under the protection of the upper cover shell or gearbox cover to avoid unnecessary personal accidents.

6. If the power cord is damaged (such as exposed bare wire, etc.), the power cord must be used. Purchase replacement from the local office maintenance department. If the switch or socket fails, it must be stopped from use. It is strictly prohibited to change the circuit and continue using it. It is necessary to promptly replace the same specification of switch or socket to avoid mechanical or personal accidents.

7. Not cleaning and maintaining it after use will reduce its performance and affect all aspects. Therefore, simply performing maintenance after use can avoid the occurrence of malfunctions.
