Graphite self sealing ring

Made by molding low sulfur expanded graphite, with adjustable size and density, and without any external fillers or adhesives. Graphite purity greater than 98% does not require further anti-corrosion treatment. In general, the cross-section of the packing ring is square, but it can also be wedge-shaped or V-shaped, with the latter two being suitable for high-pressure parts.

Made of pure flexible graphite by compression molding, lined with metal, reinforced with stainless steel foil, mesh or other materials.

　　Application:

Having various characteristics of expanded graphite, it can withstand intense temperature and pressure fluctuations, making it an ideal packing for valves and various static seals. Except for avoiding use when the valve stem is severely damaged, it can be used alone or in combination with JJ-771 high carbon fiber disc root end ring to prevent packing extrusion.
