Basic introduction:

This device has automatic ignition function (silicon carbide ignition chip -600W), anti backfire design, automatic stop when the user reaches the set temperature, and automatic start function when the temperature is 4 degrees below the set temperature. The feeding method is intermittent feeding.

1. Ignition

Connect the power supply (note: please note that a neutral wire is required for a 380V power supply), and manually turn off both air volume controls (horizontal and vertical). The control box knob switch is in manual mode. When the feeding switch is turned on, the equipment starts feeding. After about 60-90 seconds of manual feeding, the feeding is turned off, the ignition knob switch is turned on, and the fan switch is also turned on. It usually takes about 300 seconds to ignite.

Note: Automatic ignition first sprays smoke and dust. If smoke is sprayed, the 2 # air volume control can be turned on. If there is fire and no smoke is sprayed, turn on the feeding switch and 1 # air volume control, and turn off the ignition switch. Normal combustion can be converted to automatic.

2. Feeding speed

The device model is the state model during full load production, and can achieve a low flame state by adjusting the feeding speed and air volume.

3. Temperature control

Connect the thermocouple, place the temperature sensing probe at the desired monitoring location, and set the required temperature

4. Air volume regulation

1 # The air volume is the total air volume at the outlet of the fan responsible for the furnace, secondary air intake, and feed pipe air volume. Generally, it is best to open it to 4/3 state

The air volume control for # 2 is the furnace air volume, usually in a fully open state.

The air volume control is generally adjusted during ignition and does not need to be adjusted during use.

5. Remarks

The firepower level is adjusted according to the feeding speed. Generally, the feeding speed can fully burn without smoking, backfire, or temperature drop, which is the appropriate state.

Daily maintenance and upkeep

1. Fuel

This device is suitable for biomass pellet fuel and coal burning is prohibited! This device is equipped with spiral and wind feeding. It is prohibited to add metal/brick and tile foreign objects that may cause machine jamming!

2. Clearing ashes

According to the different fuel compositions, it is recommended to clean the slag on the grate in a timely manner. It is generally recommended to clean it once every 3-4 hours. Due to the coking nature of biomass particles (especially straw fuels), it is recommended to clean the nozzle once a month.

3. The motor reducer has been lubricated before leaving the factory. Please add gear lubricant after continuous use for one year.

4. The flame nozzle is a vulnerable component, and if not cleaned or replaced after long-term wear and tear, it can easily cause damage to the furnace top and the surrounding area of the flame nozzle, resulting in equipment damage.
