Working Principle:

The device is made of ABS engineering plastic, nylon or stainless steel rake teeth, arranged in sequence on the rake shaft to form a closed rake tooth chain, with the lower part installed in the inlet canal water. When the transmission system drives the sprocket to rotate uniformly and directionally, the entire rake chain moves from top to bottom, carrying solid debris and separating it from the liquid. The fluid flows out through the clearance between the rake teeth, and the entire working state continues.

Due to the structural shape of the rake teeth, when the rake chain carries debris to the upper end and moves in the opposite direction, a relative self-cleaning motion occurs between the front and rear rakes, causing the debris to fall off by gravity. A rotating cleaning brush can be installed at the back of the equipment to further remove the debris trapped in the rake teeth. If you need to place an order, please specify.

The sewage treatment system consists of a regulating tank, an anoxic tank, an aerobic tank (contact oxidation tank), and a secondary sedimentation tank. The sewage from the production workshop flows into the regulating pool, and a mechanical grid is installed at the inlet of the regulating pool to intercept large granular and fibrous impurities. The slag intercepted by the mechanical grid automatically enters the debris box and is regularly cleaned by the environmental sanitation department. In the regulating tank, the sewage is thoroughly mixed, the water volume is adjusted, and organic matter is initially degraded. Then, the sewage is pumped into the anoxic tank, where the mixed solution is thoroughly mixed with the original sewage. Through the action of facultative microorganisms, nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen are converted into nitrogen gas, completing denitrification and denitrification. The effluent from the anoxic tank flows into the contact oxidation tank. The contact oxidation tank is a biological treatment device that mainly uses biofilm method and also has activated sludge method. It provides oxygen source through a blower to fully contact the organic matter in the sewage with the biofilm in the tank. Through microbial adsorption and degradation, the water quality is purified. The effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank meets the standards of the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard and is discharged into nearby rivers.
