Firstly, ensure that all screws, bolts, and nuts are tightened, check the condition of the lifting device/buckle, lifting chain, and ropes, promptly replace or repair worn or damaged components, check if the guide rod is vertical, and replace worn components if they hinder the normal operation of the mixer.
Secondly, by disassembling the oil drain screw, the condition of the oil can be checked to determine if there is any leakage. Install the oil injection screw for sealing. Due to the separation of oil and water, if liquid flows out first, it may indicate a leak. Tap the screw until clean oil flows out. If the oil leakage is less than 0.1ml/h, the mechanical seal is considered normal. Inject new oil into the oil chamber again; If the oil leakage exceeds 0.1ml/h, refill the oil; After running the submersible mixer for one week, check the oil condition again; If the oil leakage rate is still greater than 0.1ml/h, it may be due to damage to the mechanical seal ring; Also, pay attention to checking if the screw plug is tight enough. If there is a leak, the stator chamber will be compressed and covered with a cloth to prevent oil from splashing out. If liquid seeps into the stator chamber, tilt the equipment to allow the liquid in the stator chamber to flow out.
