1、 Cycloid transmission structure: efficient and stable power core
The submersible cycloidal thruster adopts a cycloidal pinwheel reduction mechanism and achieves power transmission through multi tooth meshing. This design has the advantages of high load-bearing capacity, smooth transmission, and outstanding efficiency, which can efficiently convert the input power of the motor into impeller thrust. Compared with traditional gear reduction, the cycloidal structure transmits greater torque under the same volume, and operates with less vibration and noise, making it particularly suitable for long-term continuous operation in sewage treatment scenarios.
2、 Optimized impeller design and flow field control
The impeller of the impeller is specially designed based on the principles of fluid mechanics, which can generate high flow and low disturbance axial flow underwater. By optimizing the blade angle and surface shape, the range of action is expanded while reducing turbulence intensity, ensuring uniform mixing of water in the pool and avoiding local dead corners or short flow phenomena. The main body of the submersible cycloidal thruster is made of cast iron or stainless steel material, with a special anti-corrosion coating applied on the surface to withstand corrosive media in sewage. The double end mechanical seal system prevents moisture from entering the motor, combined with bearing chamber oil lubrication and overheating protection device, ensuring that the equipment maintains long-term stable operation in harsh water quality. Its compact integrated structure simplifies the installation process, reduces maintenance frequency, and the fully submersible working mode also saves pool roof space.
