1、 Preparation before use

Confirm that the dosing pump model matches the medium, including corrosiveness, viscosity, and temperature of the medium, to avoid corrosion of the pump body or seals.

Check whether the pipeline connection is firm, whether the valve status is correct, and ensure that there is no looseness or blockage.

Before use, exhaust the air and open the exhaust valve to release the air inside the pump to prevent damage to the piston or diaphragm caused by idling.

2、 Attention during operation

Strictly operate according to the rated parameters, control the pressure and flow within the specified range, and do not operate overload.

Observe the operating status. If there is any abnormal noise, vibration, leakage, or unstable flow, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
