On December 19, 2025, the Office of the Leading Group for HNTE Certification Management in China issued a public notice to register the second batch of 4670 HNTE certification institutions in Guangdong Province for 2025. After enterprise application, expert review and other processes, Radio and Television Metrology Testing Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Radio and Television Metrology"), Guangzhou Shanfeng Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanfeng Measurement and Control") and Guangzhou Jiuding Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiuding Software") have been successfully selected for the 2025 National HNTE Filing Publicity List with their solid technological innovation strength.

Since being officially recognized by HNTE in 2003, Radio and Television Metrology has been re recognized in 2005, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, and 2022. This is the eighth time it has received this honor. Since being officially recognized in 2016, Shanfeng Measurement and Control has been re recognized in 2019 and 2022 respectively, and this is the fourth time it has been recognized. Jiuding Software was officially recognized in 2018 and re recognized in 2022, marking the third time it has received this honor.
