Hangzhou Jianhua Filter PressHydraulic compression of active box filter press: The hydraulic compression mechanism consists of a hydraulic station, an oil cylinder, a piston, a piston rod, and a layout of the Haflan card hydraulic station where the piston rod is connected to the compression plate. The layout includes a motor, an oil pump, an overflow valve (pressure regulating), a directional valve, a pressure gauge, an oil circuit, and an oil tank. When the hydraulic compression machine is compressed, high-pressure oil is supplied by the hydraulic station, and the component chamber composed of the oil cylinder and piston is filled with oil. When the pressure is greater than the frictional resistance of the compression plate, the compression plate slowly presses the filter plate. When the compression force reaches the pressure value set by the overflow valve (indicated by the pressure gauge pointer), the filter plate, filter frame (plate frame type) or filter plate (box type) is compressed, and the overflow valve begins to unload. At this time, the power supply of the motor is blocked, and the compression action is completed. When it returns, the directional valve changes direction, and the pressure oil enters the rod chamber of the oil cylinder. When the oil pressure can overcome the frictional resistance of the compression plate, the compression plate begins to retreat. When hydraulic compression is used for active pressure maintenance, the compression force is controlled by an electric contact pressure gauge.

The machine clamping of the active box filter press: The clamping mechanism consists of an electric motor (equipped with advanced overload protection devices), a reducer, a gear pair, a screw rod, and a fixed nut. When tightening, the motor rotates in the forward direction, mobilizing the reducer and gear pair to rotate the screw rod in the firm nut, and pushing the tightening plate to tighten the filter plate and filter frame. As the clamping force increases, the motor load current increases. When it reaches the current value set by the shield, the maximum clamping force is reached, and the motor blocks the power supply and stops rotating. Due to the reliable self-locking helix angle of the screw and the fixed nut, the clamping state during the process can be reliably guaranteed. When it retracts, the motor reverses.
