This equipment is used for dewatering of concentrate and tailings in mineral processing plants, which can increase the slurry concentration from 20-30% to 40-70%. It is commonly used in industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, and coal. The equipment includes: drive system (including motor, reducer and support), central drive shaft, scraper arm, scraper plate, concentration grid, bottom underwater bearing and small scraper of the mud collecting bucket. The transmission shaft, scraper arm, scraper, and concentrated slurry plate are all made of 316 stainless steel material.
