1、 Common malfunction: The equipment has no negative pressure, resulting in no audible bubbling sound inside the equipment.
Reason: Insufficient power water pressure, no pressure difference before and after the water injector, unable to drive the water injector to work.
Solution: Water pressure needs to be adjusted, safety valve has been opened and needs to be reset, and there is air leakage in the valve of the pipeline.
2、 The water temperature is too high (exceeding the set value), and the temperature display exceeds the set value and continues to rise.
Reason: The temperature display is broken.
Solution: The power should be cut off and the display device should be replaced. It is also possible that the plug-in has poor contact, causing confusion in the instrument display; When the water temperature is very high but the instrument display is lower than the set value, the reason is that the temperature display instrument and the liquid level control instrument are connected incorrectly. Please replace the wire head.
3、 The thermostat does not heat up after being powered on, and the temperature displays between the set values. The water temperature is very low, and the green light does not light up.
Reason: Due to open circuit of the thermal resistance wire caused by inflammation, or severe corrosion or poor contact of the thermal resistance contact.
Solution: The back cover of the device should be opened, and a multimeter should be used to measure for open circuits. If there is rust, it should be cleaned with sandpaper; The water temperature is very low, the temperature display is also very low, and the green light is always on, indicating that the heating tube is damaged, or the heating tube contact is broken or the wiring is corroded. The heating tube should be replaced or the dirt should be eliminated; The water temperature is very low, the temperature display is also very low, and the fault light is on, indicating that there is a fault in the water level gauge. The circuit between the electrode and the temperature controller should be checked for any broken wires. If the electrode is used for a long time and there is a layer of scale attached around it, it should be cleaned thoroughly. If the circuit and electrode are correct, the water level gauge is broken; Low water temperature, low temperature display, electromagnetic contactor not closing or continuously closing, indicating that the liquid level controller is broken or the contactor needs to be checked.
