The FT-JS1S culvert waterlogging monitoring system is an intelligent monitoring and warning solution designed specifically for urban low-lying areas, underpasses, tunnels, and culverts that are prone to waterlogging. It aims to effectively warn of water accumulation risks through real-time and accurate water level monitoring, providing critical support for urban flood prevention and traffic safety management.

The system uses a high-precision electronic water gauge as the core sensing device to directly measure the depth of accumulated water. The monitoring data is collected in real-time by a remote telemetry terminal (RTU) and uploaded to the cloud monitoring platform and management personnel's mobile app through 4G or RJ45 wired networks, achieving remote and visual management of the data.

The characteristic of FT-JS1S system is its three-dimensional on-site warning capability. When the water level exceeds the preset safety threshold, the system will trigger multiple warnings synchronously: the on-site LED dual color display screen will prominently display information such as "current water depth", and the water level exceeding number will turn red; At the same time, the sound and light voice alarm module will automatically start, and through the voice broadcast of "current water level is deep, pay attention to driving safety" and high brightness flashing, it will directly and effectively block and remind vehicles and pedestrians who are about to enter the dangerous area. This design transforms traditional passive management into proactive warning, greatly improving emergency response speed.

Remote telemetry terminal RTU

【 Installation Location 】: Installed inside the electrical control box

[Power Supply Method]:

① Support 10-30VDC wide voltage power supply.

② Support dual power supply of 10-30VDC mains power and solar panels (need to communicate well, priority should be given to mains power supply before factory restructuring. When the mains power is cut off, solar panels and batteries will provide power supply, and the equipment will work normally without interruption)

[Data upload interval]: adjustable from 30s to 1000s

Upstream communication interface:

① Upload the water level measurement and status of the electronic water gauge in real-time through either 4G/RJ45 method.

② 2 relay outputs, relay capacity: 250VAC/30VDC 3A. By default, both relays are associated with water level thresholds. One of them can be set to be active or passive, used for alarm or automatic control, and supports remote manual control by the server.

Downward communication interface:

① RS485 main station data acquisition interface, reads water level data measured by RS485 electronic water gauge host, baud rate 4800, maximum communication distance ≥ 1500 meters

② RS485 main station alarm control interface, when the measured water level exceeds the set water level threshold, writes alarm information to the RS485 type sound and light voice alarm module. The RS485 master station alarm control interface can connect two sets of RS485 sound and light voice alarm modules simultaneously by distinguishing the address of the voice alarm module slave station, with a baud rate of 9600.

③ RS485 main station LED control interface, connected to LED screen control card, displaying real-time water level measurement data on the LED display screen. The RS485 master station LED control interface can connect two dual color LED screens simultaneously by distinguishing the address of the character library card slave station.

④ Two way switch input interface (reserved)

: The mobile app uses Bluetooth wireless non-contact configuration to configure the device. The parameters include: upload target address, upload target port, water level deviation value, water level threshold, water level hysteresis, delay time, data upload interval, and ICCID value.

LED dual color display screen

① Size 102cm * 22cm dual color screen, red green dual color screen

② The dot matrix number of the unit board is 16 * 96, and the display mode is vertical display.

③ The communication between the remote telemetry terminal host RTU and the LED font card is normal

The display content is "Current water depth of 0.35 meters", which can be scrolled. The Chinese characters are displayed in green, the numbers are displayed in green normally, and the exceeding limit is displayed in red.

④ Remote telemetry terminal host RTU and LED font card communication abnormal status:

The digital part of the LED screen will display a red horizontal bar.

⑤ Remote telemetry terminal host RTU and electronic water gauge host communication abnormal state:

The digital part of the LED screen will display a red "0.00".

⑥ This package comes with a default LED dual color display screen. If bidirectional alarm display is required for bridge openings, an additional LED dual color display screen can be added according to actual needs.

Sound and light voice alarm module

① The sound and light voice alarm module is an RS485 communication interface. When the measured water level exceeds the set water level threshold, the alarm information is written to the RS485 sound and light voice alarm module by the RS485 main station alarm control interface of the remote telemetry terminal host RTU.

② When the water level does not exceed the set limit, the sound and light voice alarm module does not work.

③ When the water level exceeds the limit, the sound and light voice alarm module's voice broadcast content is fixed as "The current water level is deep, pay attention to driving safety". At the same time, the sound and light alarm works. The sound and light alarm and voice broadcast are activated three times when the limit is exceeded. After three times, the limit is judged, and the interval between each broadcast is fixed at 5 seconds.
