Traditional insect monitoring and reporting lights rely heavily on manual on-site collection of insect samples for analysis, which suffer from problems such as sample damage, untimely recording, and data lag, making it difficult to meet the precise monitoring and reporting needs of modern agriculture. The automatic photo type insect detection and reporting light has the core advantages of "automatic photography, clear recording, and precise reporting", integrating functions such as light control insect attraction, infrared pest control, automatic transmission, and high-definition photography to achieve automated collection and visual recording of insect samples, providing clear and accurate first-hand data for pest and disease monitoring, and helping to improve the efficiency and accuracy of insect detection and reporting.

Fully automated workflow ensures precise sample collection. The automatic photographic insect detection and reporting light strictly follows the GB/T 24689.1-2009 standard, achieving full automation of the entire process from insect attraction, pest control, insect body processing to photographic recording. The device accurately attracts target pests through a specific wavelength of insect attracting light source. After being guided by the impact screen, it enters the far-infrared insecticidal chamber. Within 15 minutes, the temperature inside the chamber can reach 90 ± 5 ℃, and the insecticidal mortality rate is not less than 98%. It can also ensure that the insect integrity rate is not less than 95%, avoiding the problem of insect damage caused by traditional high-voltage electric shock. Subsequently, the insect bodies are smoothly transported to the insect receiving area through an automatic conveyor belt feeding system. The 8-speed automatic transfer bin insect receiving device can set its working mode according to the living habits of pests in different time periods, ensuring that the insect bodies attracted at different time periods are not confused, providing accurate samples for analyzing the activity patterns of pests in different time periods.
High definition automatic photography enables visual recording of insect infestation. The device is equipped with a 1200W pixel high-definition image acquisition device and a professional optical imaging system, which can clearly capture the morphological characteristics of the insect body (such as wing texture, body markings, etc.). To ensure the shooting effect, the system is equipped with a device for dispersing and leveling insect bodies. The conveyor belt evenly spreads the insect bodies through vibration during the transportation process, avoiding overlapping or stacking of insect bodies and ensuring that each insect body can be captured clearly. The photography mode supports both automatic and manual modes. The automatic mode can automatically trigger photography according to a preset time period, while the manual mode can be triggered through remote control or on-site operation, flexibly adapting to different measurement and reporting needs. The captured insect images will be automatically stored and uploaded to the backend management platform, allowing staff to intuitively view insect samples and achieve visual recording and management of insect situations through the platform.
Flexible control mode to improve the efficiency of measurement and reporting management. The device supports multiple networking methods such as 4G, WIFI, wired, etc., making it convenient for staff to remotely view the device's working status and real-time pest situation pictures, without the need for on-site monitoring to complete pest situation monitoring. The backend platform has image classification storage and retrieval functions, which can quickly retrieve historical insect situation images based on time, device number, and other conditions, making it easy for staff to trace the trend of insect situation changes. Supporting remote parameter settings, staff can remotely adjust parameters such as photo frequency, insecticidal temperature, processing time, and working hours through the platform to adapt to the detection and reporting needs of different target pests. Built in GPS positioning function can accurately display device location on the map, facilitating unified management of multiple site devices and improving the efficiency of global measurement and reporting management.
Stable and reliable design, suitable for multi scenario deployment. The equipment has excellent environmental adaptability and is equipped with an independent rain control and drainage system that can automatically discharge rainwater, effectively separating rain and insects, and avoiding damage to the equipment caused by accumulated water in the box; The light control system adopts high-precision light sensing sensors, which can automatically recognize day and night changes. At night, it automatically turns on the lights to attract insects, and during the day, it automatically turns off the lights for standby. Moreover, it is not affected by momentary strong light interference during night work, ensuring stable working conditions. The fuselage is made of plastic sprayed metal frame and IP65 class protective box, which has good corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, dust-proof and waterproof performance. It is equipped with lightning protection device and leakage protection device, which can effectively resist lightning strike, rainstorm, high temperature, severe cold and other bad weather, and ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment outdoors. Easy to install, simply prefabricate a cement platform and fix the base with expansion screws (320mm high to prevent rainwater from pouring back during the rainy season) to complete the equipment installation. Suitable for deployment in various scenarios such as farmland, orchards, tea gardens, and forestry protection areas.
