How to deal with the malfunction of buried sewage treatment equipment?
Date: 2023-02-08Read: 44

Zhongkebeite shares with everyone the tips for solving underground sewage treatment equipment failures.

1、 If any leakage or rupture is found in the pipeline system of the buried sewage treatment equipment, the machine should be stopped immediately. The leaked sewage should be strictly managed and all should be discharged back to the regulating pool for reprocessing; Notify the maintenance personnel to repair the pipeline leak and block it with electric welding; If there is a malfunction that prevents the underground sewage treatment equipment from operating normally, the backup sewage storage tank should be immediately activated to avoid environmental pollution caused by sewage discharge. If the malfunction is expected to persist for several days, contact a tanker truck to transport the sewage to the sewage treatment station for treatment. At the same time, organize personnel for emergency repairs, notify the equipment manufacturer to arrange after-sales personnel to the site as soon as possible to troubleshoot the malfunction, or notify the equipment manufacturer in writing of the detailed situation of the on-site malfunction for technical personnel to analyze the malfunction.

2、 Abnormal water discharge from equipment: Check if the connecting pipes of the contact oxidation tank, sedimentation tank, disinfection tank, and sludge tank are blocked (usually caused by detached biofilm and damaged elastic three-dimensional packing).

3、 The reasons for the substandard effluent quality of buried sewage treatment equipment are: excessive inflow, uneven aeration in the contact oxidation tank, or prolonged shutdown (in which case the biofilm must be re cultivated), excessive sludge in the sedimentation tank (sludge removal, disinfection device shutdown, and failure to disinfect the effluent).

4、 Uneven aeration of the equipment in contact with the oxidation tank: Check if the outlet valve of the aeration fan is in the normal position and if the aeration head is damaged.

5、 Solution to equipment automatic control failure: Check if the power supply of the automatic control cabinet is normal, and check if the lifting pump and aeration fan supporting the buried sewage treatment equipment are damaged (at this time, excessive current may cause the short-circuit switch to automatically disconnect).

6、 The biological membrane contact effect of the equipment is not obvious: check whether the aeration in the contact oxidation tank is uniform, and whether the sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is pumped to the tank. If the above conditions are normal, add an appropriate amount of nutrients (such as white sugar, urea, etc.) to the tank.
