It changes the drawbacks of using an extended shaft motor in the past, where it is troublesome to remove the motor every time the mechanical seal is replaced, and after the impeller shaft wears out, a new motor rotor must be replaced or sent back to the factory for maintenance, which inevitably brings unnecessary economic losses. Therefore, we have optimized and upgraded the conventional vertical pipeline centrifugal pump product based on this drawback. All motors should be standard shaft motors, and customers can freely choose various brands of motors. The new BYTD vertical circulating pump can replace the mechanical seal without removing the motor.

Main characteristics of vertical pipeline circulating centrifugal pump

The vertical pipeline circulating centrifugal pump is equipped with a standard motor, making it convenient for users to choose any brand of motor. Compared with similar types of products, the structure of such products is less susceptible to impurities in the pumped liquid. The BYTD centrifugal pump is designed in a detachable form with the impeller at the top of the pump casing and the pump shaft that can be pulled out. When repairing and replacing the impeller, it is not necessary to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipeline connection components to replace the impeller

The impeller is not directly installed on the motor shaft. The motor shaft and pump shaft are connected by a coupling, and the mechanical seal can be easily replaced without removing the motor. The mechanical seal adopts high-quality hard alloy sealing rings, which significantly improve its wear resistance and effectively extend the service life of BYTD centrifugal pumps.

The head of the BYTD pipeline pump can be selected according to customer needs based on the number of stages of the BYTD water pump and combined with the outer diameter size of the cutting impeller to meet the required parameters, without changing the installation footprint, which is not available in other pump types.
